Cosy Melbourne Apartment Close to CBD

Enjoy simple luxury living in my newly furnished home in the peaceful surrounds of Abbotsford. My chic apartment is the epitome of convenience, surrounded by an abundance of public transport ready to take you wherever you desire. You'll be located next to the hip neighbourhood of Collingwood and a short drive away from the CBD where you can explore Melbourne's restaurant and cafe scene. My home comfortably sleeps up to 4 people and is the perfect place to relax after a full day of experiences.
The Space:
My beautiful home has been recently styled by some of Melbourne’s best interior designers and home styling pros. The property looks great and the furniture and all features are both extremely practical and comfortable! Everything will be sparkling clean upon your arrival thanks to the professional cleaning company we use to service the property.

Moving inside my home you’ll be greeted by a chic living room featuring a comfortable sectional sofa facing a large flat screen LCD TV fitted with Chromecast. This is the perfect spot to sit back and relax after a long day of exploring Melbourne. Enjoy some of Aussie TV or make the most of Chromecast and stream your favorite TV shows from your laptop thanks to our fast and unlimited WIFI.

If you’re hungry, you’d be happy to find a compact kitchen with everything you need for Michelin quality dining. There’s a stove ready for some stir fry or for you to cook up a storm. On top of that, I’ve provided a kettle and toaster plus all the necessary pots and pans, glassware, dinnerware and cutlery. I’ve left complimentary tea and coffee in the kitchen to help kick-start your morning.

Once you’ve cooked up a meal or ordered in, you can enjoy it at the dining table taht comfortably seats four. The dining table can also double as a temporary workstation for the business or student traveller thanks to the available WIFI.

Once you’ve explored Melbourne, enjoyed some TV and eaten the best food Australia has on offer, retire in the spacious bedroom that features a comfortable double bed with extra support. The bed is fitted with hotel quality 750 thread count linen that both looks and feels good and is ready to give you a good night’s sleep! There’s also a wardrobe in the room for you to store any luggage and shopping you may have. Additional guests can sleep on the sofa bed in the living room that sleeps two guests.

Moving into the bathroom you’ll find everything needed to keep you clean! There’s a walk in shower with complimentary toiletries including shampoo and conditioner. A hair dryer has been left under the sink and I’ve provided soft fluffy towels to help keep you dry. The bathroom also features a washer-dryer combo and iron plus ironing board.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home – you are booking the ‘entire place’ which means you can make yourself at home throughout. One set of keys will be provided, allowing you to come and go as you please throughout your stay, 24 hours a day.
Interaction with Guests:
In some instances I will personally meet guests upon arrival to hand over keys and explain where everything is and how easy it is to get around. For those checking in at unusual hours or while I’m at work, alternative arrangements will be made. During your stay I will be nearby in Melbourne and available for contact by email or phone.
The Neighborhood:
Abbotsford is a peaceful suburb that is just 13 minutes away from the Melbourne CBD. You’ll be next door to Fitzroy, Richmond and Collingwood. These are the food hotspots and feature some of Australia’s best restaurants, cafes and bars. My advice is to walk down to Fitzroy and check out Brunswick Street. There are enough 5 star restaurants and cafes to keep you full and with a different meal every day for weeks. My personal favorites are Naked for Satan which is a tapas style restaurants that also serves some amazing vodka infused drinks. The good thing is, everything you could possibly need is accessible on foot!
Getting Around:
Thanks to the perfect location of my home, you’ll have numerous public transport options that will take you where you need to go. There are frequent bus services on Johnston Street that can take you in an out of the city - the bus stop is only a few minutes walk from my home. Alternatively, you can walk to Victoria Park Railway Station which will provide you with a quicker way of getting into the city or visiting suburbs and areas outside of Melbourne.
Other Things to Note:
There is to be no smoking in my property - any evidence of smoking will result in a $150 fine.
If you do lose keys to my property, you will be charged $250.
