Professionally Style Apartment with Infinity Pool!

Greetings! Welcome to my chic apartment that sleeps four guests, and is positioned in the most central area within Fortitude Valley. Make yourself comfortable in the one-bedroom intimate space, that has a living room, indoor balcony, kitchen and bathroom. Let the monochromatic colour scheme of the decor, pave the way for a soothing and inviting getaway. Make invaluable memories, as you venture to explore the lively and unique restaurants and bars, that the area is known for.
The Space:
This newly furnished apartment is bold and edgy. The space is comforting and cosy, perfect for you and a partner. With everything in close proximity, travelling is no hassle at all. Travelling will be made easy, with the local station being a 3 minute walk, and regular bus services made available on Brunswick Street. Pick up your local groceries from FoodWorks, only a 1 minute drive away. If you’re tired of cooking, Brunswick Street Mall is a 5 minute drive away, and has everything you need from shops to cafes and restaurants. If you’re lucky enough to stay over the weekend, the weekend markets are a must; with jewellery, collectables and gifts on offer from up-and-coming designers. For a taste of Spain and to get your salsa on, make your way to Toro Bravo.

Moving into the apartment, you’ll immediately be faced with the intimate living room. The L shaped couch, is great to relax and watch some television. Watching television is made easy with thanks to my LCD TV. Whilst taking a breather, you’ll also be accompanied by some great eye candy; that is, the lovely view of the area.

It may seem like a Netflix and chill kind of night, but this isn’t complete without some food! My kitchen is here to save the day. You’ll have more than enough space to navigate your way around, and whip up those delicious meals. The kitchen is fitted with a gas stove, an oven, marble benchtops, a quality sink, and a dishwasher to ensure that you feel right at home. I know that cooking might seem a little overwhelming given that you’re on a break, so heading out might even be on your itinerary. Luckily, you’re at the perfect place to explore the food scene. If you want to try a chic meal and add some Middle Eastern seasoning into your life, you must try Gerard’s Bistro!

If you choose to dine-in, take a seat for a lovely meal at the dining table that seats four people. All dinnerware, glasses, and cutlery can be located in the cupboards of the kitchen. If you would like to soak up the views on offer, you can also choose to sit in the indoor balcony area, which seats two people.

You’re most likely exhausted after a long and tiring day of exploring. It’s time to hit the sack and get that well deserved rest. Head to the one bedroom that is fitted with a double bed and covered with hotel quality 750 thread count linen; to ensure you get the most out of your sleep. For business travellers, the large has a table that can be used as a workspace. I’ve got free WIFI all sorted for you, so don’t worry about using up all of your monthly data.

Additional guests can sleep on the comfortable sofa in the living room which folds out to become a double sofa bed. Linen is provided for this option as well.
The property has one generous sized bathroom, with a toilet and shower. You’ll have complimentary toiletries available, including toilet paper, shampoo and conditioner. There is also a hair dryer on site, should you require to fix up your hair for the day ahead.

Be sure to utilise the personal laundry space that consists of a washing machine and dryer. To make your stay easier, I’ve also provided you with all the necessary detergents you need.

The apartment also has additional facilities for your use. There is an open gym if you wish to burn off all of those calories. Equipment available includes treadmills, exercise bikes, bench presses, and exercise balls.

There is also an amazing pool area if you’re looking to cool down. Some tanning beds are nearby as well for you to get your tan on. Alternatively, if swimming isn’t your thing, there is also a communal area with tables and chairs, where you can destress, and have some down time.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home – you are booking the ‘entire place’ which means you can make yourself at home throughout. A set of keys will be provided to the doors, allowing you to come and go as you please throughout your stay, 24 hours a day.
Interaction with Guests:
In most instances I will personally meet guests upon arrival to hand over keys and explain where everything is and how easy it is to get around. For those checking in at unusual hours or while I’m at work, alternative arrangements will be made. During your stay I will be nearby in Fortitude Valley and available for contact by email or phone.
