The Space:
Welcome to my newly styled home in Darlinghurst, located in the heart of Sydney. A pure statement in contemporary luxury and design, my apartment presents itself as the ultimate retreat, and is home to the city’s first class restaurants, bars and shopping boutiques. It’s in an exclusive neighbourhood with the convenience of frequent public transport and access to a carport for private parking.

My home has European-inspired interiors, with a focus on Scandinavian style embellished with soft light, airy rooms and stylish functionality. The home features a large living area featuring a luxurious three seater sofa and large LCD TV. There’s also a fireplace to keep you cosy during the winters.

Featuring quality fittings and superior detail, the compact kitchen features all the appliances needed for Michelin quality dining. With an stove, oven, toaster, kettle and family sized fridge, you’ll be able to cook anything from a complex cuisine all the way to a cheese toastie. I’ve also left some complimentary tea and coffee to help kickstart your mornings.

A contemporary dining setting allows you to enjoy meals comfortably, full tableware, crockery and glassware is available in the kitchen. There is seating guests both at the breakfast counter and on the gorgeous balcony. You can also head onto the balcony for some tea and coffee during the sunny mornings or a glass or two of wine to end your night. The breakfast counter can also double as a temporary workstation thanks to the fast and unlimited WIFI.

My home comes complete with four bedrooms featuring a total of three doubles beds and one single bed. All beds are covered with hotel quality linen as well as being surrounded by enough room for all your luggage and shopping. My beds are guaranteed to give you a good night’s sleep after a long day of exploring Sydney and indulging in the country's best restaurants and cafes. Additional guests can sleep on the double sofa bed located in the living room. Linen has been provided.

In the bathrooms you’ll find a chic, open shower. A salon hair dryer can be found under the sink of the bathroom. Toiletries, including shampoo and conditioner, are provided with compliments so don’t worry if you’ve forgotten your own.

The space is perfect for families, groups staying in Sydney for weddings, holidays or reunions. It is not the space to hold events like a ‘Hens’ or ‘Bucks’ weekend.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home – you are booking the ‘entire place’ which means you can make yourself at home throughout. A set of keys will be provided to the doors, allowing you to come and go as you please throughout your stay, 24 hours a day.
Interaction with Guests:
In most instances I will personally meet guests upon arrival to hand over keys and explain where everything is and how easy it is to get around. For those checking in at unusual hours or while I’m at work, alternative arrangements will be made. During your stay I will be nearby in Sydney and available for contact by email or phone.
The Neighborhood:
Renowned for boutique shopping, premium dining and the best nightlife in the city, the suburb of Darlinghurst is home to Sydney’s high-end. The glitz and glam of Oxford Street bars and clubs is literally around the corner, whilst refined dining and shopping options are very closeby in neighbouring Surry Hills and Paddington. My home is also opposite the world-renowned Hyde Park which offers some of the best inner city parklands and walking tracks. You won’t be short of cafes, with the area of Darlinghurst offering a multitude of chic brunch spots that are awaiting your arrival!
Getting Around:
My home is perfectly positioned for you to walk to most sites in and around Sydney. You are already situated in the middle of the CBD, and all the shopping, dining and bars you need are within less than a 100 metre walk. Public transport is also very easy. Not only do you have access to bus stops taking you to Bondi, Surry Hills and Double Bay, you will also find Museum Station just a 2 minute walk where you can easily zip around the city. There is also a taxi just a short stroll from the front door.
