Roomy Modern Apartment for 6 Guests

Situated in the newest building in the most fashionable suburb of Brisbane, my apartment offers everything for your stay in Brisbane. Modern executive styling, city views, sleeping 6 guests, gym facilities, rooftop pool and located next to the best restaurants and bars, you can get no better than this. Trains and buses run frequently in Fortitude Valley, and bikes can be hired nearby letting you explore the city whenever it suits you. Welcome to Brisbane!
The Space:
Offering guests the best in furnishing, functionality and convenience, my apartment is the perfect base to explore Brisbane and enjoy all that this growing city has to offer for guests young and old. A glamorous pool, with built-in bar, as well as lounge deck and gym will keep you entertained for the time you are here.

Step through the apartment’s front door and you’ll be met with luxury styling and expansive views of Brisbane set out before you. Drop your bags, and head to the enclosed sky terrace with a drink in hand, soaking up the warmth of Brisbane!

When you’re ready to whip up a light meal, my European kitchen is both stylish and functional for you to whip up something delicious. Premium appliances are provided for your use, with dishwasher, oven, and stove top available. All kitchen essentials are also provided, including cooking oils, salt, pepper, and entertaining items.

There are multiple dining settings for guests to use - a formal dining table seating up to 6 guests, and an additional outdoor table seating up to 4 guests in a naturally-lit enclosed sky terrace. All dining crockery, plates, cups, cutlery and glasses are provided for my guests to use. The breakfast bar in the kitchen also seats up to four guests for a quick meal before heading off to the explore the city, or off to work.

Stepping into the lounge room, and still enjoying the views of the Brisbane skyline in the background, there is a large sofa with flat screen TV, as well as ample space for all guests. The sofa in the living room also converts into a two-person sofa bed, which fits 2 guests comfortably when sleeping. Extra towels, linen and pillows are provided upon request for this sofa bed.
The two bedrooms feature full hotel quality linen, pillows, and towels for all guests. You can also make use of the large sliding wardrobes for luggage storage during your stay. With the main bedroom featuring a private ensuite bathroom, my apartment offers great flexibility for different guest groups.

My apartment has two apartments altogether, both with fresh towels and bathroom essentials, as well as hairdryer, provided. Next to the bathroom, you also have access to a large washing and drying machine, ironing board and iron.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home – you are booking the ‘entire place’ which means you can make yourself at home throughout. A set of keys will be provided to the apartment, allowing you to come and go as you please throughout your stay, 24 hours a day.
Interaction with Guests:
In most instances I will personally meet guests upon arrival to hand over keys and explain where everything is and how easy it is to get around. For those checking in at unusual hours or while I’m at work, alternative arrangements will be made. During your stay I will be nearby in Fortitude Valley and available for contact by email or phone.
The Neighborhood:
Fortitude Valley is Brisbane’s finest precincts, with world-class dining, bars and shopping all within a 2 minute walk from my home. Home to some of Brisbane’s best boutiques, Fortitude Valley is a hive of local, independent stores filled with unique finds. Nearby is Chinatown, offering some of the best in Asian cuisine from local providers and markets.

You’ll find outstanding brunch options and bars to spend time with friends. Just 10 minutes away is the Brisbane CBD, and the Southbank area where you can find further dining options and tourist hotspots.

Suncorp Stadium, Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre, Queensland Performing Arts Centre are all located in the Southbank area, and can be easily accessed by train - from Fortitude Valley train station.

Nearby my apartment, are many supermarkets that can be accessed on foot as well, including Coles and Woolworths.
Getting Around:
Accessing all of Brisbane’s top tourist destinations can be easily done on foot from my apartment - it is in such a central location. You can walk to all of Brisbane’s most famous restaurants and bars, and you can also easily access the City Botanic Gardens.

Nearby train station at Fortitude Valley will also make your travels easier - not to mention the various bus services right outside Brunswick Street, around the corner from my apartment.
