Welcome to my luxury apartment, situated in the heart of Melbourne’s CBD. The hotel-quality amenities and bedding will satisfy up to four guests, and the recently furnished, chic and sleek interior captures Melbourne’s modern and refined atmosphere, enhancing your stay in the world’s most livable city. Close to Central Station (5 min walk) and the QV designer shopping precinct (10 min walk), my property is a premium location for you to explore and to immerse yourself the city’s unique culture.
The Space:
Upon entering my luxury apartment, you will find the kitchen bench, tucked into the wall. High end, stainless steel, appliances from the world’s leading manufacturers have been fitted into this compact but comfortable workspace. Full tableware and glassware is available in the kitchen for private dinner parties and family meals during your stay. Should you ever tire of dining at Melbourne’s famous eateries, you have the tools necessary to create Michelin-quality meals, from the comfort of home.

Further on is the living room, luxuriously furnished in a tasteful greyscale. During downtime, my flat-screen television will keep you entertained. To enhance your stay, there is an air conditioner where you can regulate the temperature to maximise your comfort during your stay. The dining table is perfect for quiet, intimate dinners, or as a temporary workspace using my high-speed WiFi. The balcony faces the north side of Melbourne, providing a serene view of the world’s most livable city, with the older brick buildings contrasted against the contemporary glass-panelled high rises.

Separated from the living room by a sliding frosted glass door, is the bedroom. The double bed has hotel-quality linen and bedding that will provide respite to any weary traveller. To ensure your satisfaction, all bedding is professionally cleaned every stay and if replaced regularly. You are welcome to make my apartment your own for the duration of your stay, and are therefore welcome to fully utilise the convenience of my modern, bezel-free, mirrored wardrobe. The luxurious, ultra-modern bathroom is furnished with porcelain tiling and a marble tabletop, with high-quality toiletries, including shampoo, conditioner and soap, along with soft cotton towels provided for you. A salon hairdryer has also been left under the sink. The oversized shower contains a rain shower head.

The property also comes with a laundry featuring a washer-dryer combo and iron with ironing board.

Ample street car parking is available in front of the house.

My place is an exquisite apartment and was furnished with socializing and groups in mind. The vibe and location will leave you with lifetime memories and I look forward to welcoming you.

The space is perfect for families, groups staying in Melbourne for weddings, holidays or reunions. It is not the space to hold events like a ‘Hens’ or ‘Bucks’ weekend.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home – you are booking the ‘entire place’ which means you can make yourself at home throughout. A set of keys will be provided to the doors, allowing you to come and go as you please throughout your stay, 24 hours a day.
Interaction with Guests:
In most instances I will personally meet guests upon arrival to hand over keys and explain where everything is and how easy it is to get around. For those checking in at unusual hours or while I’m at work, alternative arrangements will be made. During your stay I will be nearby in Melbourne and available for contact by email or phone.
The Neighborhood:
My apartment is situated extremely close to the centre of Melbourne’s CBD. It is within walking distance of various shopping precincts, such as the QV designer shopping district (10 minutes walk), the Queen Victoria Markets (2 minutes walk), and the Bourke Street Mall (10 minutes walk). My apartment is also relatively close to Melbourne’s cultural sites, such as Melbourne Museum, Parliament House, the National Gallery of Victoria, and the State Library of Victoria. Various tourist attractions can be found within 2-3 kilometre radius of my property, including the Royal Botanic Gardens, Melbourne Zoo, SEA LIFE Melbourne Aquarium and Crown Melbourne. Thus, my property is in a first-class location from where all of Melbourne’s attractions are within close proximity, especially considering Melbourne’s extensive public transport system.
Getting Around:
You’ll have access to secure and private parking which means getting around by car is a cinch. Access to public transport from my apartment is extremely convenient. The Melbourne Central Station is a 5 minute walk from my property, allowing you to access nearly all of Melbo
