Stylish Pad with Balcony & Pool

Welcome to my very sweet one-bedroom apartment in Fortitude Valley, where my obsession with black and yellow will keep you buzzing like a bee for the entirety of your stay. Sleeping four guests, my place will give you access to an equipped kitchen, open living room space, a bathroom as well as pool and gym facilities. At your convenience, you’ll only be a 13-minute drive to Brisbane’s CBD, where you can visit the Brisbane Botanic Gardens or the Queensland Art Gallery.
The Space:
My apartment will be the ultimate retreat for you and company, and your exploring ways. Since you’re in the centre of Fortitude Valley, travelling will be made easy, with the local station being a 3 minute walk, and regular bus services made available on Brunswick Street. Brunch plans are easily sorted for you, given that Brunswick Street Mall is only a 5 minute drive away - happy eating! If you’re lucky enough to stay over the weekend, the weekend markets are a must; with jewellery, collectables and gifts on offer from up-and-coming designers. If you’re planning a lively night, head to Alfredo’s Pizzeria for a cheesy and doughlicious feed, and then make your way to Eleven Rooftop Bar.

When you walk through the living room, you’ll immediately be greeted by the edgy and modern furniture. Light will follow you everywhere with thanks to the vertical ceiling windows. Here, you’ll be able to check out the scenery of the area from the very comfort of the pad. Walk out to the indoor balcony for a closer look, and be sure to take some scenic photos to log your travel journeys.

You can also enjoy these views whilst lounging on the couch or taking a seat on the arm chair. Be sure to make use of the LCD TV, and explore the endless television shows on offer, with thanks to Chromecast.

Maintain those hunger levels by utilising the fully equipped kitchen. Breakfast, lunch and dinner is sorted with thanks to the oven, gas stove, microwave, quality sink and dishwasher. Utilise the wide bench space to whip up meals of your choosing. Alternatively, I know you’re probably on the prowl for food - so head over to Gerard’s Bistro, a chic Middle Eastern restaurant, that’s only a smooth 13 minute drive away.

To eat all of your meals, take a seat at the dining table. This little communal area encourages chats over cheese and wine, or even some fancy three course meals that I know you’re more than capable of making. All dinnerware, glasses and cutlery can be located in the cupboards of the kitchen. For a quick bite - maybe some vegemite on toast, you can even take a seat at the kitchen benchtop, where there are two stools for your use. If you’re here on business and need some space to do your work, this table can be used as a temporary workspace. I’ve also got free WIFI - to ensure you’re connected to everything you need.

Head over to the bedroom, where you can hit the pillow and call it a night. The queen bed is covered with hotel quality 750 thread count linen - to make your stay that even more luxurious. The room is very spacious, and there is a cupboard for you to store all of your luggage. Additional guests can sleep on the comfortable sofa in the living room which folds out to become a double sofa bed. Dose off whilst watching some TV, and wake up to the morning sunrise from the very comfort of the bed. Linen is provided for this option as well. You’ll all sleep in style, and wake up feeling refreshed and re-energised.

The property has one generous sized bathroom, perfect for groups and families. The bathroom features a walk in shower and a toilet. You’ll have complimentary toiletries available, including toilet paper, shampoo and conditioner. There is also a hair dryer in a nearby cupboard, should you require to style your hair for the day.

Be sure to utilise the personal laundry space that consists of a washing machine and dryer. To make your stay easier, I’ve also provided you with all the necessary detergents you need.

The apartment also has additional facilities for your use. There is an open gym, if you’re looking to maintain your healthy and motivational lifestyle whilst on break! Equipment available includes treadmills, exercise bikes, bench presses, and exercise balls.

There is also a luxurious pool area if you’re looking to cool down. There are tanning beds as well if you’re looking to lie in the sun and get your tan on. Alternatively, if swimming isn’t your thing, there is also a communal area with tables and chairs, where you can destress, and have some down time.
Guest Access:
You’ll be surrounded by an abundance of public transport, with regular bus services available on Brunswick Street, as well as Fortitude Valley Station being only a 3 minute walk away.
