Spacious Retreat Home in the Gold Coast

Welcome to my spacious Gold Coast retreat. Found in the north of the Gold Coast, my home has plenty of space and amenities to comfortably house two guests. My home has been revamped and furnished to provide you with a welcoming modern twist. With several attractions, such as Seaworld (10 min by car), the Gold Coast Aquatic Centre (5 min by car), and the Australia Fair Shopping Centre (5 min by car) in close proximity, my home is a perfect location for a base for you to explore the Gold Coast.
The Space:
Located only a short 15 minute drive away from the lively Surfers Paradise, packed full of shops, cafes, restaurants and all your entertainment needs, my place is the perfect spot for your trip. Travelling will be made easy, with regular bus services made available on Frank St, only within a 100-200 metre radius away from mine. Let my place be the perfect base for you to head out with family and friends and enjoy some of the Queensland sun!

When entering my home, the first area that you enter is the living room, which, further on, is fused with the kitchen and dining area. I have provided a flat-screen LCD television, fitted with Chromecast, where you’re more than willing to watch your favourite television shows from the comfort of my soft leather sofas. To further enhance your comfort during your stay, there is an air conditioning unit installed in the living area.

Further on, is the kitchen and dining area. The expansive kitchen is equipped with high-quality kitchen appliances from the world’s best manufacturers, including a microwave, oven and stove. I have also provided full sets of tableware and glassware, allowing you to create premium-quality meals from the comfort of home. There is an expansive breakfast counter, accompanied by high wooden bar stools. This can also double as a temporary workstation for the business traveller thanks to the fast and unlimited WIFI available throughout my home.

You will be able to find the bedroom upstairs. The hotel-quality linen and bedding on the queen-size bed is replaced and professionally cleaned every stay, ensuring your comfort and satisfaction. Next to the bed is a bedside table with a lamp, with which you can read and fall asleep after a long day of exploring the Gold Coast. There is ample space for you to place your luggage, and you are also welcome to use the large wardrobes at your leisure. Please remember to take what you have stored at the end of your stay!

My home also has one bathroom - it is compact and utilitarian, yet modern and refined. The shower also functions as a bathtub, and I have provided toiletries including shampoo, conditioner and soap, along with soft fluffy cotton towels. A salon hair dryer has also been left under the sink.

The property also comes with a laundry featuring a washer-dryer combo and iron with ironing board.

The balcony is easily accessed via the bedroom, and overlooks the property’s yard. It is a great location to enjoy some solitude and relax after a long day. The large yard is accessible from the carpark, and is perfect for soaking in the Queensland sun while surrounded by nature.

There is one allotted parking space in the property, details of which will be provided upon check in confirmation.

My place is an exquisite house and was built with socializing and groups in mind. The vibe and location will leave you with lifetime memories and I look forward to welcoming you.

The space is perfect for families, groups staying in Gold Coast for weddings, holidays or reunions. It is not the space to hold events like a ‘Hens’ or ‘Bucks’ weekend.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home – you are booking the ‘entire place’ which means you can make yourself at home throughout. A set of keys will be provided to the doors, allowing you to come and go as you please throughout your stay, 24 hours a day.
Interaction with Guests:
In most instances I will personally meet guests upon arrival to hand over keys and explain where everything is and how easy it is to get around. For those checking in at unusual hours or while I’m at work, alternative arrangements will be made. During your stay I will be nearby in Gold Coast and available for contact by email or phone.
The Neighborhood:
My home is found in the north of Gold Coast, and is a 20 minute drive away. Closeby, there are multiple restaurants and eateries that can provide a high-quality dining experience. These include Frigg Cafe, which is a local favourite for breakfast and coffee, and the David Fungs Chinese Restaurant, should you feel a craving for Chinese food.
