Three Bedroom Coastal Designer Retreat

Welcome to one of Australia’s best properties, perfect for guests looking for a quaint, rustic, rural retreat, away from the hustle and bustle of the big cities. My house is able to house up to eight guests, allowing ample space for you to bring your family along for a weekend trip. With expansive & luxuriously furnished indoor & outdoor areas, both flooded with natural light, and in close proximity to the outback and the sea, my property captures the quintessential nature of Australian living.
The Space:
My house has two large living areas, separated by an open kitchen. These living areas are furnished with organic, wood and wicker furniture, which is complemented by the soft, muted colour palette. In one living area, my flat-screen LCD television will keep you entertained throughout your stay, while you snugly nestle in the plush queen-size sofa-bed, where I have provided cushions for your comfort. To enhance your stay, there is an air conditioner where you can regulate the temperature to maximise your comfort during your stay. The dining table is perfect for quiet, intimate dinners, or as a temporary workspace using my high-speed WiFi. In the second living area, which provides easy access to the outdoor area, are bookshelves, and a fireplace, where you can read your favourite books in comfort.

The kitchen area, which separates the two living areas, is wide and well-furnished, with high-end appliances, which include an oven, microwave, and refrigerator, among others. Natural light illuminates the kitchen during the day, with the skylight in the centre of the kitchen. The rustic feel of the living areas translates to the kitchen as well, such as with the wooden tabletop of the breakfast counter, against the white panelling. In the pantries and cupboards, I have provided you with full sets of tableware and glassware, meaning that I have provided you the tools to craft yourself Michelin-quality meals from the comfort of your own home.

My house has three bedrooms, which, in conjunction with the queen-size sofa-bed, can house up to eight guests. In the main house, there is one queen bed, and one double bed, whilst in the private bungalow (Which you also have access to), there is a queen-size bed. All beds have hotel-quality linen and bedding that will provide respite to any weary traveller. To ensure your satisfaction, all bedding is professionally cleaned every stay and are replaced regularly. These bedrooms are fully furnished, reinforcing the rustic style of my home. They are spacious, allowing you more than enough space to store your luggage and belongings. All bedrooms have bedside tables with lamps, allowing you to read or manage your affairs from the comfort of your own bed.

My home has two separate bathrooms, one in the main house, and one right next to the bungalow. The main bathroom doubles as a laundry featuring a washer-dryer combo and iron with ironing board. It includes a bathtub with a showerhead. The outside bathroom has a shower, and all bathrooms have toiletries, which include shampoo, conditioner and soap. I have also provided soft fluffy cotton towels for you. A salon hairdryer has also been left under the sink.


There are expansive outdoor areas around my home. Outside the secondary living area, there is a deck with an outdoor barbeque, and a table with accompanying chairs, providing you the option of dining in the warm Victorian sun. In the backyard, I have also provided wicker chairs for your comfort and relaxation.

Ample street car parking is available in front of the house.

My place is an exquisite house and was built with socializing and groups in mind. The vibe and location will leave you with lifetime memories and I look forward to welcoming you.

The space is perfect for families, groups staying in Victoria for weddings, holidays or reunions. It is not the space to hold events like a ‘Hens’ or ‘Bucks’ weekend.

Interaction with Guests:
In most instances I will personally meet guests upon arrival to hand over keys and explain where everything is and how easy it is to get around. For those checking in at unusual hours or while I’m at work, alternative arrangements will be made. During your stay I will be nearby in Melbourne and available for contact by email or phone.
