The Space:
Welcome to my brand new home in South Melbourne. A pure statement in contemporary luxury and design, my apartment presents itself as the ultimate retreat, and is home to the city’s first class restaurants, bars and shopping boutiques. It’s in an exclusive neighbourhood with the convenience of frequent transport whilst being close to Melbourne’s CBD.

My home has European-inspired interiors, with a focus on Scandinavian style embellished with soft, airy spaces and stylish functionality. The home features a large open-plan living area flowing between the kitchen, dining room and lounge room. Featuring quality fittings and superior detail, the gourmet kitchen features a stainless bench-top, gas cook tops, stainless steel appliances and quality taps. The kitchen also includes a kettle, toaster and dishwasher.

A contemporary dining setting allows you to enjoy meals comfortably, full tableware, crockery and glassware is available in the kitchen. There is seating for up to 6 guests at the dining table plus seating on the balcony with room for two. The dining table also serves as a great workspace thanks to the fast and unlimited WIFI made available throughout the home.

With a plush sofa and huge flat-screen TV, my living room is the perfect spot to unwind after a busy day. Sit back, enjoy the company of friends all night long in my spacious living room.

The open plan dining and living spaces open out onto a covered balcony that provide further views of Melbourne. The outdoor area is ideal for a coffee, tea or a glass of wine with family and friends; perfect for relaxing after a busy day. Complimentary tea and coffee has been provided to help kick-start your mornings and re-energise your afternoons.

The bedroom features a comfortable queen bed with 500 thread count linen. For additional guests, the living room sofa converts into a plush, two-person sofa bed providing comfortable room for a good night’s sleep. Extra linen and pillows can be provided upon request for the sofa bed.

In the bathroom you’ll find a chic, open plan glass shower. A salon hair dryer can be found under the sink of the main bathroom. Toiletries, including shampoo and conditioner, are provided with compliments.

Outside on your private balcony you can enjoy the peaceful ambience and fresh air of Melbourne. You also have access to a communal rooftop, with BBQ facilities available.

Secure parking is provided for all guests and is located within the building.

The space is perfect for families, groups staying in Melbourne for weddings, holidays or reunions. It is not the space to hold events like a ‘Hens’ or ‘Bucks’ weekend.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home – you are booking the ‘entire place’ which means you can make yourself at home throughout. A set of keys will be provided to the apartment, allowing you to come and go as you please throughout your stay, 24 hours a day.
Interaction with Guests:
In most instances I will personally meet guests upon arrival to hand over keys and explain where everything is and how easy it is to get around. For those checking in at unusual hours or while I’m at work, alternative arrangements will be made. During your stay I will be nearby in Melbourne and available for contact by email or phone.
The Neighborhood:
South Melbourne is the most central base to explore the best that Melbourne has to offer - restaurants, the CBD, Royal Botanic Gardens and the Yarra River. The city’s best restaurants, bars, nightlife scenes and shopping destinations are all within an easy stroll along Melbourne’s famous river in Southbank and Crown Casino. Here you can enjoy tourist landmarks and it is an easy stroll across the pedestrian bridges into Melbourne’s arty alleyways and cafes. My apartment is set near South Melbourne Market, where you’ll find some of the freshest local produce in a market atmosphere. In under 5 minutes, you’ll be able to walk to Crown Casino, Flinders St Station, Federation Square, Melbourne Convention Centre and the National Gallery of Victoria. Nearby, there are many supermarkets that can be accessed on foot as well, including Coles and Woolworths.
