Uniquely Styled Designer Pad with Amazing Views

Welcome to my luxury designer apartment, situated in close proximity to Brisbane’s CBD. My home is cozy, yet airy and spacious, making it ideal for four guests to make it their own. Areas throughout my apartment are easily accessible, with the kitchen, living area, deck and the bedroom compacted into a comfortable space. My apartment is in affluent Fortitude Valley, close to the Brisbane CBD (10 min by bus) and Chinatown (4 min walk), making it an ideal place to rest after exploring the city.
The Space:
Upon entering my luxury apartment, you will find that the kitchen and dining area is conveniently fused to the living area. My kitchen is equipped with appliances from the world’s leading manufacturers, and the pantries surrounding this compact workspace will hold any food you bring along, as well as the silverware and kitchenware that I have provided for you. The kitchen is fully furnished with everything you need to create a quality meal at home, should you be bored of dining at Brisbane’s finest eateries.

The living area is furnished in natural blacks and golds, mirroring the architecture of the building. For your entertainment, I have provided a flat-screen LCD television, where during downtime, you can watch Australia’s wide range of free broadcasting, whilst nestled in the plush sofa. This sofa also doubles as a bed - allowing two guests to stay the night. To enhance your stay, there is an air conditioner where you can regulate the temperature to maximise your comfort during your stay. The dining table is perfect for quiet, intimate dinners, or as a temporary workspace using the high-speed WiFi that I provide. Further on, the deck is shaded and provides you an expansive view of the Brisbane cityscape, which also extends throughout my apartment.

The bedroom is spacious, allowing you ample space to unload and store your luggage. The queen bed is covered in hotel-quality linen and sheets, which are professionally cleaned and replaced after every stay. The lamps on the bedside tables are perfect for you to read or manage your affairs from the comfort of your own bed. The luxurious, ultra-modern bathroom is furnished to be utilitarian but beautiful, and I have provided toiletries including shampoo, conditioner and soap, along with soft fluffy cotton towels. A salon hairdryer has also been left under the sink. The oversized shower contains a rain shower head.

The property also comes with a laundry featuring a washer-dryer combo and iron with ironing board.

Ample street car parking is available in front of the house.

My place is an exquisite house and was built with socializing and groups in mind. The vibe and location will leave you with lifetime memories and I look forward to welcoming you.

The space is perfect for families, groups staying in Brisbane for weddings, holidays or reunions. It is not the space to hold events like a ‘Hens’ or ‘Bucks’ weekend.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home – you are booking the ‘entire place’ which means you can make yourself at home throughout. A set of keys will be provided to the doors, allowing you to come and go as you please throughout your stay, 24 hours a day.
Interaction with Guests:
In most instances I will personally meet guests upon arrival to hand over keys and explain where everything is and how easy it is to get around. For those checking in at unusual hours or while I’m at work, alternative arrangements will be made. During your stay I will be nearby in Brisbane and available for contact by email or phone.
The Neighborhood:
My apartment is situated extremely close to Brisbane’s CBD. Brisbane’s Chinatown, along with its multitude of restaurants and stores, is a 4 minute walk from my property. It is within walking distance of various shopping precincts, such as the Emporium Shopping Centre (14 minutes walk), and James Street (13 minutes walk). If you wish to travel further, Brisbane’s CBD is easily accessed via public transport. My apartment is also relatively close to Brisbane’s cultural sites, such as Brisbane Museum and Science Centre, City Hall, the Queensland Art Gallery, and the State Library of Queensland. Thus, my property is in a first-class location from where all of Brisbane’s attractions are within close proximity, especially considering its extensive public transport system.
Getting Around:
Access to public transport from my apartment is extremely convenient. The Fortitude Valley Train Station is a 3 minute walk from my property, allowing you to access nearly all of Brisbane via the extensive train system. Furthermore, a number of bus stops can be found within a 100-200 metre radius from my apartment, increasing the city’s accessibility
