Splendid Apartment with Balcony & Secure Parking

Welcome to the riverside suburb, Newstead, where a stay at my spacious two-bedroom apartment will be the perfect base for you to get an authentic taste of Brisbane’s relaxing lifestyle. My spacious place sleeps six guests, where you’ll have a kitchen, living room, bathroom, large balcony and access to secure parking. You’re located directly in the buzz of the area, where you’ll be a short walk to the Gasworks Precinct, which consists of retail shops, parklands, river walkways and bicycle paths.
The Space:
This neat apartment is the perfect place for those who intend to go on spontaneous outings, and explore the wonders of Brisbane! I can assure you that my place is one of convenience, ensuring you can get to and from places quickly and easily. You’ll be surrounded by an abundance of public transport, with regular bus services available on Skyring Terrace, a quick walk around the corner from mine. You can pick up fresh produce from local fruit and vegetable shops at Gasworks Plaza, and also do a round of grocery shopping at the Woolworths. If you’re wanting to try something new and get a taste of the beer culture, I definitely recommend heading to Green Beacon Brewing for some housemade brews, which is only a 2 minute drive away.

Moving into the apartment, the light will immediately draw you in, where you’ll be faced by the open space of my kitchen, dining and living room. Kick off your shoes, and make your way to the living room, where the plush couch and soft pillows are waiting for you. Watch your favourite television shows and movies on the LCD TV, which is fitted with Chromecast. The armchair can also be used if you require your own personal seat. Stock up on some snacks - perhaps popcorn and maltesers, and stack them on the two separate coffee tables, so you can get picking whilst relaxing.

My kitchen is your little paradise, fitted with everything you need. The oven, gas stove, quality sink, toaster, and microwave, are there to be utilised - so make sure you whip up some delicious meals for yourself and company. The utensils will ensure you can cook away in the comfort of my pad. If cooking isn’t your forte, don’t be alarmed because there are limitless options made available for you in Newstead.

All of your meals can be eaten at the four seater dining table. All dinnerware, glasses, and cutlery can be located in the cupboards of the kitchen. Enjoy a simple home-cooked meal, otherwise, if you’re wanting to eat as a group, heading on out to get a taste of the renowned food culture is necessary! I recommend heading to Hatch & Co, which is a 1 minute drive away, where you can all share some platters of mouth watering modern Australian dishes. If you’re here on business, the dining table can be used as your own personal workspace. Don’t fret about having to use your Hotspot or not being able to access emails whilst you’re away because this apartment also has unlimited WIFI as well. For a quick bite or coffee, you even have the option to eat on the stools by the kitchen bench.

Calling it a night? You have two bedrooms to choose from throughout your stay. Head on over to the cosy bedrooms, where you’ll be followed by the views of the area and endless streams of natural light, with thanks to the large windows nearby. The bedrooms are fitted with two double beds and and covered with hotel quality 750 thread count linen - you’ll fall asleep in no time! There is also plenty of room to store your belongings, thanks to the mirror cupboards. Additional guests can also sleep on the comfortable sofa in the living room which folds out to become a double sofa bed. Linen and good views are also provided.

The property has an ensuite and a main bathroom, both with a toilet and shower. Both bathrooms are generous sizes and identical in the facilities that they have. You’ll have complimentary toiletries available, including toilet paper, shampoo and conditioner. After you have a long and hot shower, utilise the hairdryer stored in one of the cupboards.

After all of those foodie outings, you’ll definitely need to wash those clothes of yours! If you’re wanting to clean those yolk stains on those white tops, I’ve got you covered with your very own laundry that consists of a washing machine and dryer. To make your stay easier, I’ve also provided you with all the necessary detergents you need.

Enjoy the beautiful views from my place on the large outdoor balcony. There’s an outdoor table that seats six guests and is absolutely perfect for gathering with company and giving yourself the down time you deserve!
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home – you are booking the ‘entire place’ which means you can make yourself at home throughout. A set of keys will be provided to the doors, allowing you to come and go as you please throughout your stay, 24 hours a day.
