If you like to be close to the action, you can't get much closer with my gorgeous house situated in exclusive Sandringham. Offering an enviable lifestyle in a thriving spot, it's close enough to walk to absolutely everything, and yet, behind the front door is an unexpectedly spacious and tranquil retreat, away from the hustle and bustle. This waterfront property features four bedrooms and an expansive living area, and outdoor dining area with BBQ.
The Space:
Welcome to one of the most sought after addresses in Sydney! My idyllic single-storey home is located in Sandringham, next door to San Souci and part of one of Sydney’s most exclusive areas. My four bedroom home has been recently styled by some of Sydney’s best interior designers and home stylists making it the epitome of comfort and practicality. You’ll find a spacious living room with designer lounges in front of a large LCD TV ready for you to kick back and relax after a long day exploring Sydney.

Featuring high-end stainless steel appliances the kitchen is packed with everything you need for Michelin quality dining and has more benchtop space than you could possibly need. There’s a gas stove and oven plus large family sized fridge ready to store all your groceries. Complimentary tea and coffee has been provided to help kickstart your day and re-energise your afternoons.

The kitchen flows through to the dining room which features an all timber dining table that can comfortably seat six guests. Full tableware and glassware is available in the kitchen for private dinner parties and family meals during your stay making my property the perfect entertainer’s home. You can also enjoy your meals at the breakfast counter or outdoors at the alfresco dining area.

The property features four spacious bedrooms with a total of three double beds and two single beds. All bedding has 750 thread count hotel quality linen, with all stays including fresh cotton bath towels. All bedrooms have ample space for even the heaviest packer. The bedrooms contain enough floor space plus a few wardrobes each capable of storing your luggage and any shopping from nearby malls. All bedrooms have bedside lamps to catch up on some reading before falling asleep.

The home also features a total of three bathrooms. You’ll have access to two spacious showers and a bathtub all ready for you to scrubadub. If you’ve forgotten your toiletries, do not worry! Complimentary shampoo, conditioner and soaps have been provided along with toilet paper. Don’t forget there are also soft cotton towels ready to keep you dry! A salon hair dryer has also been kept under the sink.

Free unlimited wifi is available all throughout the home and the dining table can be used as a workstation for business travellers.

You’ll also have access to a separate laundry with both a washer and dryer. If you’d rather hang dry your clothes, outside has a retractable clothes line. I’ve also provided both an iron and ironing board making my home perfect for business travelers and the longer stays.

Aside from having absolutely everything you need, this home is an entertainer’s dream. Sandringham is a very quiet area that boasts easy access to Sydney’s CBD. On top of that, the large backyard leads straight onto the Georges River and you’ll be able to walk straight to Dolls Point Beach.

My place is an exquisite house and was built with socializing and groups in mind. The vibe and location will leave you with lifetime memories and I look forward to welcoming you.

The space is perfect for families, groups staying in Sydney for weddings, holidays or reunions. It is not the space to hold events like a ‘Hens’ or ‘Bucks’ weekend.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home – you are booking the ‘entire place’ which means you can make yourself at home throughout. A set of keys will be provided to the doors, allowing you to come and go as you please throughout your stay, 24 hours a day.
Interaction with Guests:
In most instances I will personally meet guests upon arrival to hand over keys and explain where everything is and how easy it is to get around. For those checking in at unusual hours or while I’m at work, alternative arrangements will be made. During your stay I will be nearby in Sydney and available for contact by email or phone.
The Neighborhood:
Located on the south-western side of Botany Bay, this paradise boasts yacht clubs, beautiful beaches, swimming pools and some of Sydney’s best cafes, restaurants and bars. Less than a 1 minute walk will take you Dolls Point Beach. This is the perfect spot for a swim or
