Shipwatch condos are located directly on the beautiful beaches of Perdido Key! This sixth floor Gulf front condo provides amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico. Shipwatch only has 70 units which means the beach is less congested than the other areas of the Gulf Coast. Along with beach access, guests will have access to two pools, fitness room, sauna, jacuzzi and three tennis courts.

Perdido Key's quiet yet convenient location situated on the Alabama/Florida state line is close enough to all the shopping, dining and entertainment venues you and your family may desire, but still provides you with a quiet beach getaway.

By staying at Shipwatch you will also have access to the Gulf of Mexico by ways of Old River, the access to the Gulf in Perdido Key. A new boat ramp was recently built and there is also a spot for trailer parking and washing. Once out on Old River you will have plenty of water for jet skiing, tubing and other water sports. There is a limited number of slips available for use by guests and owners.
