Sleek Apartment with a Balcony and Secure Parking

Welcome to my luxurious and sleek two-bedroom apartment in Roseville, located in Sydney’s affluent Upper North Shore! The open and roomy space accommodates six guests, with more than enough room for a small dinner gathering or even some Neflix and Chill with company. The place is super convenient, situated a 2-minute drive away from Roseville Station, and just under a 20-minute drive to Sydney’s CBD, where you can embark on all must-do tourist activities. The Space:
Simple living at its finest. This place is a dream - with an open living plan, a kitchen, two bathrooms, a laundry and secure parking. Easily get around by train, bus or car. Your local bus stop is just around the corner on Boundary Street. You’ll be a 6-minute drive to Westfield Chatswood, where you can head grocery shopping, grab a bite to eat or shop til you drop. To escape the hustle and bustle of suburbia, take a proper breather and visit Lane Cove National Park, where you can go for a nice walk, jog or bike-ride.

Forget all about your stresses and worries from the outside world, as you step into my serene and composed apartment. Feel at one with the open living space. The large couch is ready for you to take a lie down as you watch your most loved television shows on the LCD TV. Explore the limited options made available to you via Chromecast.

There’s nothing better than smelling the beautiful aromas coming from the kitchen whilst watching tv. Start cooking all of your guilty pleasures such as a classic carb fix of spaghetti bolognese, or even some brie bread - where the cheese will be oozing from the fluffy bread that you’ve toasted in the oven. The kitchen is perfect for all you food connoisseurs, fitted with plenty of storage, a gas stove, oven, microwave, and a quality sink. Alternatively, if cooking isn’t your forte, dining out is definitely an option. I’m a huge fan of NoGoSan Korean BBQ, which is only 5-minutes away.

Dining-in is made easy with the four seater dining table. Your setup will be made easy given that all dinnerware glasses and cutlery can be located in the cupboards of the kitchen. If you’re travelling on business, you can also use this table as your own temporary workspace. It’s perfectly positioned near the kitchen as well for some snacking. I’ve also got free WIFI all sorted for you, so there’s no need to fret over using your own hotspot or eating into more of your data. Gather around with company on the outdoor balcony, with an arm chair and some seats.

After a long and super eventful day you’re definitely going to need to sleep and re-energise. The two-bedrooms are fitted with double-beds and have been perfectly set up for you to sleep comfortably and at ease. The beds are covered with hotel quality 750 thread count linen - to make sure you can get that beauty sleep. Additional guests can sleep on the comfortable sofa in the living room which folds out to become a double sofa bed. Dose off whilst watching television, and wake up feeling rejuvenated. Linen is provided for this option as well.

The property has two generous sized bathrooms, where you can scrub up for all of your outings and ensure that you’re looking spick and span. The main bedroom has an ensuite with a walk-in shower and toilet. The other bathroom is larger in size, featuring identical facilities. You’ll have complimentary toiletries available, including toilet paper, shampoo and conditioner. There is also a hair dryer located in the cupboard, should you wish to style your hair and get it prepped before you head out.

Be sure to utilise the personal laundry space that consists of a washing machine and dryer. To make your stay easier, I’ve also provided you with all the necessary detergents you need.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home – you are booking the ‘entire place’ which means you can make yourself at home throughout. A set of keys will be provided to the doors, allowing you to come and go as you please throughout your stay, 24 hours a day.
Interaction with Guests:
In most instances I will personally meet guests upon arrival to hand over keys and explain where everything is and how easy it is to get around. For those checking in at unusual hours or while I’m at work, alternative arrangements will be made. During your stay I will be nearby in Roseville and available for contact by email or phone.
The Neighborhood:
You’re situated in the perfect place - very central and not too far from all the of Sydney’s main attractions. You’re a 20-minute drive to Sydney’s CBD, where you’ll be able to see everything on that bucket list of yours! Visit the waterfront bars at Darling Harbour, walk the streets of the historic Rocks area, and visit the iconic Sydney Opera House.
