Adorable Two Bedroom Place Close to Beach

Welcome to my place, found a few minutes walk away from a stunning view of low-lying beaches that come to form the scenic Tuggerah lake. My designer home can comfortably house six guests, and includes an expansive backyard area with picnic tables and barbeque grills. Restaurants, dessert bars and parks are easily within walking distance, making my home the perfect Central Coast retreat that’s most suitable for families and groups looking for a lodge to relax in.
The Space:
My home is a place that you can rely on to house all of your belongings and cater all of your needs, whilst you spend your days lounging by the beach and exploring the Entrance. Everything you need whether it’s shops, cafes, restaurants or beaches can be easily accessed from mine via public transport or foot. Regular bus services are available nearby my place on Fairview Avenue and Torrens Avenue.

Upon entering my home, you will find the living area adjoined to the kitchen. A large flat-screen LCD television is mounted on the wall, where you will be able to watch Australia’s wide range of free broadcasting from the comfort of my sofa. Take an afternoon siesta on my couch after a long day tanning and swimming at some of the finest beaches.

The kitchen is fully-equipped, with functional appliances and utensils. In the high-capacity pantries and cupboards, you will find that I have provided you with full sets of tableware and glassware, so you will have all the tools necessary to create premium meals from the comfort of your own home. Alternatively, if you’re not seeking to cook whilst you’re away, I highly recommend grabbing a bite from The Entrance Lake House, a casual 6 minute walk away. Here you’ll be able to dine with some water views.

For those whipping up a meal at mine, I have a four-seater dining table available for you. Take a seat with your company and happily discuss your travels over some wine and delicious food. If you’re here on business, this table can also be used as a temporary workstation.

After a long day of exploring The Entrance and its surrounding national parks, you will be welcomed back with comfort in the form of the two queen beds, each fitted with hotel-quality linen and bedding. Each bedroom has accompanying bedside tables and lamps, so you’ll be able to comfortably sink your teeth into the next chapter of your favourite book. Should you require some fresh air and natural light there are also windows within these rooms.

The modern bathroom is tiled in marble throughout, fitted with a toilet, shower and quality sink. I have provided toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner and soap for your use, along with soft fluffy cotton towels. A salon hairdryer has also been left under the sink.

You’ll also have access to a shared laundry (Shed A) with a washing machine and dryer. This is easily accessible, should you wish to wash any dirty clothes of yours over your stay.

The backyard is large and spacious, and has two barbeque grills, with a long picnic table, all sheltered underneath a corrugated steel canopy, for protection from the sun. Should you feel like dining in the fresh air and sun, this should be your foremost option. Please keep in mind that this is a communal space, so please respect the area.

Ample street car parking is available in front of the house.

My place is an exquisite house and was built with socialising and groups in mind. The vibe and location will leave you with lifetime memories and I look forward to welcoming you.

The space is perfect for families, groups staying in Central Coast for weddings, holidays or reunions. It is not the space to hold events like a ‘Hens’ or ‘Bucks’ weekend.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home – you are booking the ‘entire place’ which means you can make yourself at home throughout. A set of keys will be provided to the doors, allowing you to come and go as you please throughout your stay, 24 hours a day.
Interaction with Guests:
In most instances I will personally meet guests upon arrival to hand over keys and explain where everything is and how easy it is to get around. For those checking in at unusual hours or while I’m at work, alternative arrangements will be made. During your stay I will be nearby in Central Coast and available for contact by email or phone.
The Neighborhood:
My home is extremely close to everything you need for your stay! You’ll be a 5 minute walk away from the Lakeside Shopping Centre, where you can purchase your groceries from Coles.
