Cosy Townhouse for 2 w/ beautiful Tasmanian vista

Welcome to one of the most coveted rural retreats in Australia. Located in Northern Tasmania, it is close to the Tamar River, the world-renowned vineyards of the Tamar Valley and the beautiful city of Launceston. My place is located inside a vineyard on the outskirts of Grindelwald, catering for up to two guests. My home is perfect for couples seeking an escape from the hustle and bustle of urban life, and instead seek to soak in the breathtaking beauty of rural Tasmania and create memories.
The Space:
Upon entering my home, you will see my living area, which is tall, large, and has an expansive view of the beautiful Tasmanian countryside. You will be able to watch Australia’s range of free broadcasting on the flat-screen LCD television, while nestled in the comfort of the leather lounge suite. There is also an air conditioning unit in the room, from where you can regulate the temperature for your comfort. My dining table is directly next to the window, giving you a view of the beautiful rural vista while you dine. It also doubles as a temporary workspace.

The kitchen is adjoined to the living area, and is a compact workspace nestled in one corner of the room. Equipped with appliances from the world’s best manufacturers, as well as full sets of tableware and glassware, I have provided you all the tools necessary for you to create premium quality meals from the comfort of your own home.

Separated from the living area by a sliding door, the bedroom is spacious and airy, with enough space for you to store your luggage. The queen-size bed has quality linen and bedding that will provide respite to any weary traveller. To ensure your satisfaction, all bedding is professionally cleaned every stay and are replaced regularly. There are bedside tables and lamps, allowing you to easily read more of your favourite book before you sleep. I have also provided you with a set of drawers, for more storage options.

The ensuite bathroom is ultra-modern, and recently furnished. It has a bathtub that is situated directly next to the window (With adjustable blinds), and a large shower. Toiletries including shampoo, conditioner and soap have been provided along with soft fluffy cotton towels. A salon hairdryer has also been left under the sink.

The property also comes with a washing machine, and an iron with ironing board.

There is a balcony area that can be accessed from the living room. It has a foldable clothes hanger, so any laundry you have can be left out to dry. The balcony comes with a table and two outdoor chairs, perfect for couples who wish to eat in the open air and enjoy the sun. I have also provided a small portable barbeque for you.

My place is an exquisite house and was built with socializing and groups in mind. The vibe and location will leave you with lifetime memories and I look forward to welcoming you.

The space is perfect for families, groups staying in Launceston for weddings, holidays or reunions. It is not the space to hold events like a ‘Hens’ or ‘Bucks’ weekend.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home – you are booking the ‘entire place’ which means you can make yourself at home throughout. A set of keys will be provided to the doors, allowing you to come and go as you please throughout your stay, 24 hours a day.
Interaction with Guests:
24 hour self check-in is available, to cater to all guests. During your stay I will be nearby in Launceston and available for contact by email or phone.
The Neighborhood:
My home is a located in a quiet, rural area, and will not have the same level of access to stores and services as a property in an urban area. My property is about a 2 minute drive away from the town of Grindelwald, and is about a 5 minute drive away from the nearby town of Legana, which has the closest supermarket, Woolworths. My home is a prime location as a base to explore the Tamar Valley and its attractions, such as the multitude of vineyards, and the Cataract Gorge Reserve.
Getting Around:
As there is private parking, getting around by car is extremely convenient. However, there are no public transport services that operate nearby or in Grindelwald. As such, driving is essential for moving in and out of my property, unless you wish to travel to the town, which is a 20 minute walk or 2 minute drive. Travelling to Launceston, the closest urban centre, is a 20 minute drive.
Other Things to Note:
There is to be no smoking in my property - any evidence of smoking will result in a $150 fine. If you do lose keys to my property, you will be charged $250. I appreciate your understanding in advance.
