Cute Apartment for Six with Pool, Gym & Parking

Welcome to my luxurious two bedroom Fortitude Valley apartment. I can comfortably host six guests, within my home, which features two bathrooms, a kitchen, and amazing views of Brisbane. The perfect location of my place will have you near everything that you need to see whilst here, including the bustling restaurants and bars of Chinatown (5 min walk), and the cultural centres and museums of the CBD (6 min bus). My home is the perfect space for you to bed after long days of exploring Brisbane.
The Space:
Living in comfort, luxury and convenience is guaranteed with a stay in my home, with an abundance of public transport options mere minutes from the door. Furthermore, the retail stores and restaurants on Brunswick Street and in Chinatown are within walking distance, meaning that you have no excuse not to sample the best eateries in Brisbane.

Moving into my apartment, you’ll find that it is always filled with natural light, due to the floor-to-ceiling height windows that stretch throughout my place. In my living room, I have provided for you a flat-screen LCD television, where you can watch a range of free-to-air television shows from the comfort of the sofa which is decked out with cushions.

Close to the living room is the dining area and kitchen. My recently furnished kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook up a great meal, including appliances such as an oven, stove and kettle. You’ll have plenty of room to prepare any meals of your choice whether it’s a classic roast beef with vegetables in the oven, or a batch of chocolate chip cookies. I have provided full sets of tableware and glassware, meaning that my home remains an option for places to dine. Should you tire of eating at home, I recommend the restaurants found in Chinatown, like the Super Bowl Chinese Restaurant - a 3 minute walk!

I have a four-seater dining table, which is perfect for quiet and intimate dinners surrounded by the lights of suburban Brisbane. Alternatively, this place can be used as a temporary workstation if you’re travelling on business. I’m also delighted to inform you that my place has free unlimited WIFI. Increasing your dining options at home, a small table is adjoined to the kitchen benchtop. Here you can grab a quick breakfast feed, whilst reading the newspaper in the morning. Head to the indoor balcony to witness those sunset views, where you can take a seat at the two-seater table, and soak up the entirety of your trip.

After a full day of walking around and taking in Brisbane’s sights, my two bedrooms will warmly welcome you back home. Both bedrooms are fitted with double beds and covered with hotel quality 750 thread count linen - to make sure you can get that beauty sleep. The main bedroom features an armchair which you can use to sit down and admire the views of the area. This room also has an ensuite with a shower, perfect for those who want to live the luxe life. Both rooms have more than enough storage space for your stay as well, thanks to the mirror wardrobes. Additional guests can sleep on the comfortable sofa in the living room which folds out to become a double sofa bed. Linen is provided for this option as well. You’ll all sleep in style, and wake up feeling refreshed and re-energised.

My home also has two bathrooms, which are furnished in an ultra modern fashion. One bathroom is an ensuite, fitted with a toilet, large shower, quality sink and mirrored cupboards. The second bathroom is identical to the ensuite, and gives you more than enough room to rinse your face, glam up for a night out or wind down after a long day. Toiletries including shampoo, conditioner and soap have been provided along with soft fluffy cotton towels. A salon hair dryer has also been left under the sink.

Should you wish to wash your clothes whilst away (especially if those white clothes have some Italian sauce stains), the property also comes with a laundry. The laundry features a washer-dryer combo and iron with ironing board.

My place is an exquisite house and was built with socialising and groups in mind. The vibe and location will leave you with lifetime memories and I look forward to welcoming you.

The space is perfect for families, groups staying in Brisbane for weddings, holidays or reunions. It is not the space to hold events like a ‘Hens’ or ‘Bucks’ weekend.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home – you are booking the ‘entire place’ which means you can make yourself at home throughout. A set of keys will be provided to the doors, allowing you to come and go as you please throughout your stay, 24 hours a day.
Interaction with Guests:
In most instances I will personally meet guests upon arrival to hand over keys and explain whe
