Luxe Pad Near Melbourne's CBD with Views & Gym

My newly built one-bedroom waterside apartment is located right near the lively and buzzing Melbourne CBD. You’ll have access to an open living room, kitchen, bathroom, as well as exclusive access to a swimming pool, gym and secure parking. Accommodating up to four guests, my place is located in the most breathtaking location looking over the Yarra river and a short stroll to the many shops, cafes, restaurants and bars that Melbourne has to offer.
The Space:
My apartment is designed by one of Australia’s top designers, equipped with a 20 metre swimming pool, cinema, billiards room, gym, yoga studio, private dining room, residents lounge and BBQ landscape deck oasis. It offers the perfect balance between garden tranquility and the surrounding cityscape.

As you enter my home you are met with my open plan living and dining area, with high ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows letting in an abundance of natural light. My kitchen is tidy and clean, tucked into the wall to your right. My kitchen features stainless steel high-end appliances such as an oven, stovetop, microwave and quality sink. This is the perfect little area for whipping up your favourite culinary dish. I have provided complimentary tea and coffee as well as dishware and crockery for your convenience. I highly recommend hitting up the food culture whilst in Melbourne. There are plenty of brunch options, with two of my favourites being The Hardware Societe Melbourne, or Kettle Black, both a 15 minute drive away.

My dining table comfortably seats a small dinner party of four and when not being used to dine your friends and family, can also double as a workspace which you may utilise using my high speed unlimited free WIFI. The sliding windows in my lounge lead to my outdoor balcony area adorned with two seats and a small table perfect for wining and dining or viewing the priceless view of Melbourne’s city and Yarra River.

My kitchen area overlooks the spacious lounge area equipped with air conditioning to keep you cool during those hot Melbourne city days. My lounge contains a large flat screen TV equipped with Chromecast for streaming your favourite shows and movies. My sofa is spacious and generously equipped with pillows and cushions for your comfort.

My master bedroom contains a large queen-size bed with hotel quality, high thread count linen. My favourite part of my house are the full wall-length windows in my bedroom which not only leds in endless sunlight during the day but also showcases your front row seats to the most beautiful night river views. I also have a spacious mirrored wardrobe which is perfect for storing your shopping needs. Additional guests, can use the couch in the living room which unfolds into a double sofa bed. Linen is also provided for this option.


My modern bathroom features a large mirrored cabinet and glass-door shower which is extraordinarily clean. I have also provided complimentary toiletries, including toilet paper, shampoo and conditioner for your convenience. There is also fluffy towels provided for you. I’ve also equipped the bathroom with a hairdryer which is located beneath the sink.

For longer stays, be sure to make use of the personal laundry space. This is located in a separate cupboard, featuring a washer, dryer and ironing facilities. I have provided laundry detergent for you to use.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home – you are booking the ‘entire place’ which means you can make yourself at home throughout. A set of keys will be provided to the doors, allowing you to come and go as you please throughout your stay, 24 hours a day.
Interaction with Guests:
In most instances I will personally meet guests upon arrival to hand over keys and explain where everything is and how easy it is to get around. For those checking in at unusual hours or while I’m at work, alternative arrangements will be made. During your stay I will be nearby in Melbourne and available for contact by email or phone.
The Neighborhood:
This apartment is located in the heart of the city with very close proximity to all your essentials for your stay in Melbourne. A Woolworths supermarket and Buluk park is located right near your doorstep, and the stunning Library on the Dock architectural haven is 4 minutes away. Surrounding the apartment is the iconic Yarra River with some of Melbourne’s most stunning views.
