My home has light interiors, high ceilings, space for 4 guests and prime positioning to enjoy some of Sydney’s most exclusive shopping, dining and nightlife scenes.
The Space:
Say hello to chic interiors, light spaces, entertaining paradise and prime positioning in the heart of Sydney CBD. My home is situated on the edge of Hyde Park and with views of the city from my balcony, you will be soaking up the energy of Sydney all day long.

My open-plan studio home makes the most of the interiors with an open-plan New York apartment style of living. The living space features a plush three-seater sofa and additional rose-blush arm chair. Incorporating some of the best in Scandinavian design, the crisp design of my apartment will leave you feeling fresh during your time in Sydney.

Next to the living room is a study nook, perfectly set up for the travelling professional who needs to get a bit of work done.

The covered balcony can be accessed directly from the living room via large glass sliding doors and provides a beautiful setting for cosy dinners with views of Sydney’s dazzling city skyline. The outdoor dining table offers plenty of space for up to 4 guests comfortably.

Moving through to the kitchen, the breakfast bar offers relaxed yet functional dining options whilst still in close proximity to the rest of the chef’s kitchen. Four guests can sit here to enjoy easy dinners or a quick breakfast on the go before heading off for meetings or Sydney’s Bondi Beach only moments away.

Featuring high-end appliances, a generous pantry and huge fridge, the kitchen is packed with everything you need for Michelin quality dining.

In keeping with the flow of the open plan living spaces, the main bed offers all that is needed for a sound night’s sleep. The second bed can be converted from the plush sofa bed and can comfortably fit two more guests. All beds feature luxurious 5* hotel mattresses with extra support and 500 thread count hotel quality linen, with all stays including fresh cotton bath towels for all guests.

The bathroom is home to a generous shower and bath tub. Hotel quality toiletries, including shampoo and conditioner, are provided complimentarily. The salon hair dryer is kept under the sink.

Now to the best part - the rooftop pool. Boasting 360 degree views of the Sydney skyline, you will be soaking up the sun by the pool all day long. In addition, all guests have access to the private gym to keep in tip top shape before heading poolside to the lounge chairs free for guests to use.

Free unlimited wifi is available all throughout the home and the dining table can be used as a workstation for business travellers.

My place is an exquisite house and was built with socializing and groups in mind. The vibe and location will leave you with lifetime memories and I look forward to welcoming you.

The space is perfect for families, groups staying in Sydney for weddings, holidays or reunions. It is not the space to hold events like a ‘Hens’ or ‘Bucks’ weekend.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home – you are booking the ‘entire place’ which means you can make yourself at home throughout. A set of keys will be provided to the doors, allowing you to come and go as you please throughout your stay, 24 hours a day.
Interaction with Guests:
In most instances I will personally meet guests upon arrival to hand over keys and explain where everything is and how easy it is to get around. For those checking in at unusual hours or while I’m at work, alternative arrangements will be made. During your stay I will be nearby in Sydney and available for contact by email or phone.
The Neighborhood:
Renowned for boutique shopping, premium dining and the best nightlife in the city, the suburb of Darlinghurst is home to Sydney’s high-end. The glitz and glam of Oxford Street bars and clubs is literally around the corner, whilst refined dining and shopping options are very closeby in neighbouring Surry Hills and Paddington. My home is also opposite the world-renowned Hyde Park which offers some of the best inner city parklands and walking tracks. You won’t be short of cafes, with the area of Darlinghurst offering a multitude of brunch spots that are awaiting your arrival!
