Luxury Two Bedroom Pad with Outdoor Courtyard

Welcome to my designer home situated in vibrant Waterloo. My spacious home can comfortably house up to 6 guests. Experience Sydney’s chic modernity with thanks to my recently furnished interiors and 2 bedrooms. My courtyard is perfect for meditation, reading or taking in the warm Sydney sun. Close to restaurants, parks and the city, and with endless means of transportation available nearby, my home is perfect for guests who want to explore Sydney.
The Space:
Enjoy your time in Sydney from the comfort of my newly furnished two bedroom, and one bathroom apartment located in Waterloo, just minutes from Green Square station. Standout features include a fully equipped kitchen, an open living room, and a suave outdoor space. Starting off locally, head to shopping Danks St Shopping Plaza, only a 2 minute drive away where you can collect freshly baked bread from the bakery, quality meats, and your grocery fix from Coles.

As you enter the lovely light and fresh hues of my place, you’ll feel very content knowing that the beginning of your holiday starts here. You’ll find the couch in the back corner of the room near the doors that open up into my lovely courtyard. Here you can lounge around and watch your favourite shows on the LCD TV fitted with Chromecast. Leave the curtains open if you want some light coming through, or if you’re watching some dark and mysterious shows close the curtains and create a mini-movie theatre for yourself and company.

Moving straight to my luxurious kitchen, you’ll be covered with high-end facilities for your entire stay. With a gas stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and quality sink, you’ll have everything you need to make meals that you wish. My kitchen has a long marble bench top, ensuring you have more than enough room for some communal cooking. The space is perfect for preparing a feast - so start preparing the chicken schnitzels, cut up the salads, and prepare your roasted vegetables. If you’re looking to head out for some dinner I recommend heading to Saint Michiba Pizza, only a 6 minute walk around the corner, for the best woodfired pizza in Waterloo!

To indulge in these delicious home cooked meals, my dining table that seats 6 guests will happily accommodate you. The rustic styled table will be the perfect place to lay out all of your dishes and even get that cute Instagram foodie pic that you’ve been longing for. Enjoy plenty of laughter and discussion with company on the table. Full tableware and glassware is available in the kitchen for the meals during your stay. If you’re here on business, the dining table can be used as a temporary workspace, where you’ll also have access to high-speed and unlimited WIFI. My outdoor courtyard is also the perfect place for you to enjoy your meals, or even just relax in the large space.The light and white beachy hues will take you away from the hustle and bustle of the Sydney city area and ensure that you can take a breather. I have a beautiful range of furniture as well as cute pillows to make you guys comfortable outside. There is an outdoor table with two seats, and a bench seat that has plenty of room for you to sit down and eat some nibbles.

The bedrooms are waiting for you after a long day of exploring. Both bedrooms are spacious and fitted with double beds. There are curtains in the room to ensure you get the best snooze possible. The beds are covered with hotel quality 750 thread count linen - perfect for a night’s rest after a full day of exploring Sydney’s finest tourist sites. Additional guests are able to sleep on the couch which unfolds to become a double sofa bed. Linen is also available for this option, and I can assure you that you’ll sleep very comfortably here.

The bathroom, with its white walls is fitted with a wide mirror cupboard, a decent sized sink, and a walk-in shower. The bathroom contains high-quality toiletries, including shampoo, conditioner and soap, which you are more than welcome to use throughout the duration of our stay. You’ll be able to store any of your toiletries such as toothpaste, makeup and perfumes on the marble benchtop. A salon hairdryer is also located within the bathroom, should you wish to dry your hair or give it a style before you head out again.

You’ll also have access to laundry facilities including a washing machine and dryer, making those longer stays hassle-free. There's also a quality tap within the laundry for your use.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home – you are booking the ‘entire place’ which means you can make yourself at home throughout. A set of keys will be provided to the doors, allowing you to come and go as you please throughout your stay, 24 hours a day.
Interaction with Guests:
In most instances I will personally meet guests upon arrival to hand over keys and explain where everything is and how easy it is to get around. For those checking in at unusual hours or while I’m at work, alternative arrangements will be made. During your stay I will be nea
