Peaceful Two Bedroom Apartment with Pool & Parking

Welcome to my designer apartment, situated between Perth’s CBD and the Swan River. Found in a quiet corner of East Perth, Perth’s CBD is about a 15 minute bus ride away. My apartment is beautifully furnished in tasteful greyscale, and can comfortably house up to 6 guests. With amenities like private parking, a pool, flat-screen televisions and air conditioning, you will find that my place will be to your satisfaction.
The Space:
In my living room, I have provided you a flat-screen LCD television, from where you can watch Australia’s wide range of free broadcasting, while nestled in my plush sofa. This sofa also doubles as a bed, allowing two guests to sleep there if needed. Adjoined to the living area is the dining table, which is perfect for quiet, intimate dinners, or as a temporary workspace using my high-speed WiFi. To maximise your comfort, there is also an air conditioning unit, which is nearly essential in Perth during the summer. The balcony is also accessible from the dining area, and I have provided you a small table with two stools, which is perfect for breakfast during crisp mornings.

The kitchen is wide and utilitarian, but is also furnished in a luxurious manner. It is equipped with high-end appliances from the world’s leading manufacturers, including a stove, microwave and a refrigerator, among others. Along with the pantries and cupboards, wherein I have provided full sets of tableware and glassware, I have provided the tools necessary for you to create a premium-quality meal, should you chose to eat at home. There is a breakfast counter, with two bar stools, should you feel the need to use them.

The two bedrooms in my place are large and spacious, with plenty of space for you to store your luggage. One has a rack, if you need to hang your clothes. The double beds have hotel-quality linen and bedding, which will provide respite to any weary traveller. To ensure your satisfaction, all bedding is professionally cleaned every stay and if replaced regularly. Both bedrooms have bedside tables and lamps, so you can easily bite into your favourite book easier from the comfort of your own bed. Additional guests can use the comfortable sofa which unfolds into a double sofa bed. There is also linen available for this option.

The bathroom is also wide and expansive, and has a large shower with an oversized rain shower head. Toiletries including shampoo, conditioner and soap have been provided along with soft fluffy cotton towels. A salon hairdryer has also been left under the sink.

The property also comes with a laundry featuring a washer-dryer combo and an iron with an ironing board.

There is private parking provided for you with the property. There is also a swimming pool on the property.

My place is exquisite and was built with socialising and groups in mind. The vibe and location will leave you with lifetime memories and I look forward to welcoming you.

The space is perfect for families, groups staying in Perth for weddings, holidays or reunions. It is not the space to hold events like a ‘Hens’ or ‘Bucks’ weekend.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home – you are booking the ‘entire place’ which means you can make yourself at home throughout. A set of keys will be provided to the doors, allowing you to come and go as you please throughout your stay, 24 hours a day.
Interaction with Guests:
In most instances I will personally meet guests upon arrival to hand over keys and explain where everything is and how easy it is to get around. For those checking in at unusual hours or while I’m at work, alternative arrangements will be made. During your stay I will be nearby in East Perth and available for contact by email or phone.
The Neighborhood:
There are plenty of restaurants in the vicinity of my home, with many Asian cuisines on offer within 200 metres, such as Malaysian, Chinese, Korean and Indian. There is also easy access to nature, with the riverfront 500 metres away, and with parks like Langley Park, Wellington Square and the Queens Gardens within 400 metres of my home. Personally, I recommend the Wok & Ladle Thai Eatery, Silvermoon Chinese Restaurant, and Munch Terrace, for nearby dining.
Getting Around:
You’ll have access to private parking which means getting around by car is a cinch. Access to public transport from my apartment is convenient. Multiple bus stops can be found within a 100 to 150 metre radius of my home, and the closest train station, McIver Train Station, is a 11 minute bus ride away. Similarly, Perth’s CBD is around a 12 minute bus ride away. With convenient access to public transport, you will be able to explore all of Perth and its surrounding areas very easily.
