Stunning Apartment + Infinity Pool, Parking & Gym

Welcome to my luxurious two-bedroom apartment in the heart of Fortitude Valley. View what the area has to offer, with scenic views right from the balcony of my apartment, that sleeps up to six guests. With a stylish living space, a complete kitchen, an indoor balcony and secure parking, you’ll be equipped for the perfect trip. You’ll be a short drive (or walk, if you’re feeling healthy) to Brunswick Street Mall, featuring stores, cafes and the most renowned bars and restaurants in Brisbane.
The Space:
My modern place will be the perfect fit for your stay, being in close proximity to everything you need. You’ll be surrounded by an abundance of public transport, with regular bus services available on Brunswick Street, as well as Fortitude Valley Station being only a 3 minute walk away. Embark on a 5 minute drive to Brunswick Street Mall, where you can grab brunch at the endless cafe options available, and shop around. If you’re lucky enough to stay over the weekend, the weekend markets are a must; with jewellery, collectables and gifts on offer from up-and-coming designers. Organise your evening plans by heading out to Chinatown for dinner, with Fat Dumpling being my personal favourite, and then grabbing a drink or two at the Eleven Rooftop Bar.

Moving into the apartment, you’ll be blown away by the floor-to-ceiling vertical windows, which lighten up the room. Featuring one roomy sofa (that’s clearly calling your name), you’ll be able to lounge around and watch your favourite TV shows on the large LCD TV.

My kitchen comes fully equipped with all the appliances you need to satisfy those cravings. Whether you’re wanting to roll out some homemade pizza dough for dinner, or make a simple homemade sandwich, my large marble kitchen benchtop is waiting for you! Make the most of the gas stove, oven, and utensils, during your stay. The dishwasher is also ready for use, with the necessary detergent being provided for you. If you don’t want to use the kitchen, you have endless restaurant options nearby. If you’re wanting some fine dining, Nickel Kitchen & Bar is a lovely option.

Should you choose to dine-in, enjoy your meal at the six-seater dining table. All dinnerware, glasses, and cutlery can be located in the cupboards of my place. It’s important to note that this table can also operate as a temporary workstation for you, with thanks to the fast and unlimited WIFI available throughout my home. If a couple of you are wanting to escape the main room, the indoor balcony offers a smaller dining area; rain, hail or shine! Here you can soak up the views whilst eating a homely meal in the company of others. Alternatively, you’re in a bit of a rush and want to eat something quickly, meals can also be eaten at the kitchen breakfast bar, with room for four.

Head on over to one of the two spacious bedrooms, to get some rest after a long day of eating and exploring the wonders of Fortitude Valley. Both bedrooms are fitted with two double beds and and covered with hotel quality 750 thread count linen to make your stay just that extra comfortable. The main bedroom has an ensuite, with a cupboard for storage to unpack all of your items, and cater for all the shopping you do. Additional guests can sleep on the comfortable sofa in the living room which folds out to become a double sofa bed. Linen and good views are also provided.

The property has two identical bathrooms. The bathrooms are generous sizes, and both fitted with a toilet and shower. You’ll have complimentary toiletries available, including toilet paper, shampoo and conditioner. After you have a long and hot shower, utilise the hairdryer stored in one of the cupboards.

To ensure that your clothing remains spick and span, there is an included laundry with a washing machine and dryer. All necessary detergents are also made available for use.

If you’re wanting to maintain that healthy lifestyle of yours, there is also an open gym made available to you. Utilise the large space and its equipment, including treadmills, exercise bikes, bench presses, and exercise balls. I admire your motivation and fitness goals!

My ultimate favourite is the pool area. Go in for a swim in the luxe pools, and cool off on the tanning beds, where you can hopefully achieve that healthy tan of yours. If swimming isn’t your thing, there is also a communal area with tables and chairs, where you can destress, and have some down time.

My place will perfectly cater your lively, vibrant and social ways. The location will make your stay extremely easy, and leave you with lifetime memories.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home – you are booking the ‘entire place’ which means you can make yourself at home throughout. A set of keys will be provided to the doors, allowing you to come and go as you please throughout your stay, 24 hours a day.
