Chic Designer Home for 6 Guests + Parking

Welcome to my modern and hip two-bedroom place, located in the home of the Panthers, Penrith. My newly furnished home comfortably sleeps six guests and is the epitome of convenience. Fitted with a complete kitchen, one bathroom, private laundry facilities, and parking, your stay will be one of comfort and ease. You’ll be a 2 minute walk to Penrith Train Station and a 5 minute walk from the huge and convenient Penrith Westfield.
The Space:
With everything in close proximity, travelling is no hassle at all. My home is ultra-convenient thanks to the abundance of public transport and easy access to shopping centres, restaurants and cafes. You’ll be just a 2 minute walk from Penrith Station which will connect you with all of NSW and has a direct line to Sydney’s CBD. Alternatively, you can make the most of the frequent bus services on adjacent streets and the taxi rank at Penrith Station. When it comes to food, you’re in luck. You’ll be just a 5 minute walk, not drive, from Westfield Penrith - a large shopping centre, or mall if you’re from the Northern Hemisphere, filled with supermarkets, boutique stores, restaurants, cafes and numerous services. This is your one stop shop for everything you need.

Moving into my home, you’ll be mesmerised by the open plan design that’ll lead your eyes around the spacious and bright room. Featuring a three-seater sofa (that’s clearly calling your name), you’ll be able to lounge around and catch up on all TV shows and movies with thanks to the LCD TV fitted with Chromecast.

My kitchen comes fully equipped with all the necessities that you need. With thanks to a gas stove, oven, and utensils, you can cook away in the comfort of the place. I can smell the beautiful chicken roast and vegetables already! A dishwasher is also made available, if hand washing is something that you don’t have the time for. All necessary detergent is also provided for you. If cooking isn’t your forte, don’t be alarmed because there are limitless options made available for you. Head down to Westfield or order in via UberEats or Deliveroo.

You delicious meals can be eaten at the large dining table that seats six. All dinnerware, glasses, and cutlery can be located in the cupboards of the kitchen. If you’re here on business, feel free to use this table as a temporary workstation for yourself. Don’t fret about having to use your Hotspot because this apartment also has fast and unlimited WIFI as well.

Calling it a night? Head on over to one of the two spacious bedrooms. The main bedroom features a comfortable double bed ready for you to catch some zees. ,The second bedroom contains two single beds perfect for the kids or two friends who aren’t that close yet. All bedding is fitted with hotel quality 750 thread count linen - you’ll fall asleep in no time! Additional guests can sleep on the comfortable sofa in the living room which folds out to become a double sofa bed. Linen is also provided.

The property has comes complete with two generous sized bathrooms, with toilets and showers. You’ll have complimentary toiletries available, including toilet paper, shampoo and conditioner. After you have a long and hot shower, utilise the hairdryer stored in one of the cupboards. I’ve left soft and fluffy cotton towels to help keep you dry.

After all of those foodie outings, you’ll definitely need to wash those clothes of yours! If you’re wanting to clean those yolk stains on those white tops, I’ve got you covered with your very own laundry that consists of a washing machine and dryer. To make your stay easier, I’ve also provided you with all the necessary detergents you need.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home – you are booking the ‘entire place’ which means you can make yourself at home throughout. A set of keys will be provided to the doors, allowing you to come and go as you please throughout your stay, 24 hours a day.
Interaction with Guests:
In most instances I will personally meet guests upon arrival to hand over keys and explain where everything is and how easy it is to get around. For those checking in at unusual hours or while I’m at work, alternative arrangements will be made. During your stay I will be nearby in Penrith and available for contact by email or phone.
The Neighborhood:
Aside from the neighbourhood being filled with numerous public transport options, you’ll also benefit from the shopping and food options. Your one stop shop is definitely the Westfield just a 5 minute walk from the property. It contains a Woolworths for all your grocery needs plus both Target and Myer department stores. When it comes to food you’re also covered. Aside from the numerous fast food options, you’ll also be able to indulge in the famous El Jannah Charcoal Chicken - my personal favourite.
