Cosy 2 Bedroom Apartment in Central Melbourne

Welcome to my designer apartment, located extremely close to Melbourne’s CBD. With two bedrooms, equipped with hotel-quality bedding and linen, my home will comfortable house up to six guests. The recently-furnished interiors capture the chic modernity of Melbourne, enhancing your stay in the world’s most livable city. With my apartment being a 7 minute walk to Melbourne Central Station, and with tram stops just outside, my home is a premium location for you to explore Melbourne.
The Space:
Once entering my property, the kitchen will be directly to your right. With high-end appliances from the world’s leading manufacturers fitted into this compact but comfortable workspace, all you need to create your own meals from the comfort of home will be within easy reach. I have provided full sets of tableware and glassware, so, if you should tire of eating at Melbourne’s finest eateries, eating at home be a breeze.

Further on is the living area, tastefully furnished in pastel. You will be able to watch Australia’s range of free broadcasting while nestled snugly in the plush sofa, which can be expanded into a sofa bed that sleeps two. The dining table is perfect for quiet, intimate dinners, or as a temporary workspace using my high-speed WiFi. You will be able to easily access the balcony from the living area. It offers an expansive and breathtaking view of the surrounding suburbs, stretching out towards the horizon. I have also placed a small table with chairs on the balcony, perfect for quiet intimate dinners in the cool Melbourne air.

My home has two bedrooms, with both beds fitted with hotel-quality linen and bedding, in order to maximise your comfort during your stay. To ensure your satisfaction, all bedding is professionally cleaned every stay and is replaced regularly. Both bedrooms have bedside tables and lamps, so you can easily bite into your favourite book easier from the comfort of your own bed. The master bedroom also has a dedicated workspace, so the business-oriented traveller will no doubt find that useful.

There are also two bathrooms, identically equipped with the same features, and furnished in an ultra-modern style. The showers are large and have oversized rain shower heads. Toiletries including shampoo, conditioner and soap have been provided along with soft fluffy cotton towels. A salon hairdryer has also been left under the sink.

The property has a laundry with a washer/dryer combo, and an iron with ironing board.

My place is an exquisite house and was built with socializing and groups in mind. The vibe and location will leave you with lifetime memories and I look forward to welcoming you.

The space is perfect for families, groups staying in Melbourne for weddings, holidays or reunions. It is not the space to hold events like a ‘Hens’ or ‘Bucks’ weekend.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home – you are booking the ‘entire place’ which means you can make yourself at home throughout. A set of keys will be provided to the doors, allowing you to come and go as you please throughout your stay, 24 hours a day.
Interaction with Guests:
In most instances I will personally meet guests upon arrival to hand over keys and explain where everything is and how easy it is to get around. For those checking in at unusual hours or while I’m at work, alternative arrangements will be made. During your stay I will be nearby in Melbourne and available for contact by email or phone.
The Neighborhood:
My apartment is situated extremely close to the centre of Melbourne’s CBD. It is within walking distance of various shopping precincts, such as the QV designer shopping district (10 minutes walk), the Queen Victoria Markets (10 minutes walk), and the Bourke Street Mall (12 minutes walk). My apartment is also relatively close to Melbourne’s cultural sites, such as Melbourne Museum, Parliament House, the National Gallery of Victoria, and the State Library of Victoria. Various tourist attractions can be found within 2-3 kilometre radius of my property, including the Royal Botanic Gardens, Melbourne Zoo, SEA LIFE Melbourne Aquarium and Crown Melbourne. Thus, my property is in a first-class location from where all of Melbourne’s attractions are within close proximity, especially considering Melbourne’s extensive public transport system.
Getting Around:
There is space on the street, which means getting around by car is easy. If needed, vehicle rental outlets, like Hertz and Avis, are around 200 metres away from my home.
