Welcome to my warm and homely two-bedroom apartment, that is right in the hub of Fortitude Valley. The space is roomy and inviting, sleeping up to six guests. Overlook Brisbane’s North-east from the window views, and get a taste of the beautiful Brisbane sun rays that stream through. Your stay will be made perfect thanks to a generous bathroom, a kitchen and a spacious balcony. Become one of the locals as you embrace the foodie scene and everything on offer.
The Space:
This newly furnished apartment is charming and elegant. The apartment is a breath of fresh air, with the views lighting up the entire living room. With everything in close proximity, travelling is no hassle at all. Travelling will be made easy, with the local station being a 3 minute walk, and regular bus services made available on Brunswick Street. If you’re seeking brunch options, you won’t starve for too long, given that Brunswick Street Mall is a 5 minute drive away. If you’re lucky enough to stay over the weekend, the weekend markets are a must; with jewellery, collectables and gifts on offer from up-and-coming designers. For a taste of Spain and to get your salsa on, make your way to Toro Bravo.

Moving into the apartment, you’ll be able to freely roam around, given its large and open space. Feel as though you’re living a luxe life, thanks to the floor-to-ceiling vertical windows, that will allow you to constantly be reminded of the beautiful area you find yourself in. A King/ Queen always deserves some time to relax! Find the time to take a seat on the lounge and watch some shows on the LCD TV.

I know those food cravings must be getting the better of you… Never fear, because my kitchen is everything you’ve ever dreamed of! You’ll have more than enough space to multi-task between the chopping up of salads on the bench and frying of chicken schnitzel on the gas stove. The kitchen is also fitted with an oven, marble benchtops, a quality sink, and a dishwasher to ensure that you feel right at home. Since you’re on a break, it’s understandable that you want to avoid cooking yourself. Don’t fret because you’re at the perfect place to explore the food scene. If you want to try a chic meal and add some Middle Eastern seasoning into your life, you must try Gerard’s Bistro!

Take a seat for a lovely meal at the dining table that seats four people. Dine in the company of others, and soak up the views because you’ll truly be living the life. All dinnerware, glasses, and cutlery can be located in the cupboards of the kitchen. Please note, that if you’re here on business and need some space to do your work, this table can be used as a temporary workstation. I’ve got free WIFI all sorted for you, so don’t worry about using up all of your monthly data. If you decide that you want to grab a quick drink or snack whilst reading a magazine, there are two stools for you at the kitchen benchtop for your leisure.

After all the walking, shopping and indulging in the delicious food on offer, it’s most probably time to call it a night! You’ll have two bedrooms to choose from, both fitted with double beds and covered with hotel quality 750 thread count linen - to maximise your sleep. Additional guests can sleep on the comfortable sofa in the living room which folds out to become a double sofa bed. Linen is provided for this option as well.

The property has one generous sized bathroom, with a toilet and shower. You’ll have complimentary toiletries available, including toilet paper, shampoo and conditioner. There is also a hair dryer on site, should you require to fix up your hair for the day ahead.

Be sure to utilise the personal laundry space that consists of a washing machine and dryer. To make your stay easier, I’ve also provided you with all the necessary detergents you need.

The apartment also has additional facilities for your use. There is an open gym if you wish to burn off all of those calories. Equipment available includes treadmills, exercise bikes, bench presses, and exercise balls.

There is also an amazing pool area if you’re looking to cool down. Some tanning beds are nearby as well for you to get your tan on. Alternatively, if swimming isn’t your thing, there is also a communal area with tables and chairs, where you can destress, and have some down time.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home – you are booking the ‘entire place’ which means you can make yourself at home throughout. A set of keys will be provided to the doors, allowing you to come and go as you please throughout your stay, 24 hours a day.
Interaction with Guests:
In most instances I will personally meet guests upon arrival to hand over keys and explain where everything is and how easy it is to get around. For those checking in at unusual hours or while I’m at work, alternative arrangements will be made. During your stay I will be nearby in Fortitude Valley and available for contact by email or phone.
