Luxury Beachside Retreat - 3 Bedrooms

Welcome to the charming suburb of Mosman, home to beautiful beaches, the famous Taronga Zoo, captivating harbour views and an impressive food scene. My home is designed to accommodate up to 6 guests. Relaxing outdoor seating areas and balcony views are some of the many features of my home. Located only footsteps from the iconic Balmoral Beach, you will be surrounded by amazing local restaurants and cafes and public transport to take you around Mosman and surrounding city areas.
The Space:
Make your stay unforgettable in my brand new, beautifully renovated beachside home, conveniently located footsteps away from the iconic Balmoral Beach, local restaurants and cafes, and famous attractions like Taronga Zoo. My Mosman home offers a luxurious escape into nature whilst being well connected to the CBD and surrounding suburbs. Perfect for families and groups especially in the summer, my home is the ultimate getaway for a beach-living experience.

My home hosts an open plan indoor-outdoor living space where you can easily connect between the living room, dining and kitchen rooms and the relaxing outdoor balcony area. The crisp-white interiors are enriched with minimalist artwork adding a touch of elegance to your stay. The lounge is fitted with a large sofa and armchair where you can relax after a long day kicking back at the beach. The TV is striking in front of a beautiful bookshelf backdrop and is equipped with Chromecast, perfect for movies and family entertainment nights.

Another small lounge area is available for you to unwind after a long day of exploring, which includes a small couch, armchair and a glass coffee table.

Follow through to the dining area which seats up to 8 guests and can double as a workspace for business travellers. Full tableware and glassware is available in the kitchen for the meals during your stay. Alternatively, if you’re wanting to eat out head to The Bathers Pavilion for a taste of modern European cuisine and a fine selection of wines.

On the right of the dining area is a fully equipped pantry featuring high end appliances and kitchenware including a microwave, fridge, oven and stoves for all your cooking needs. Start your early morning with complimentary fresh tea or coffee and head on outdoors where you can sit and soak up the summer sun whilst enjoying your smashed avo’ breakfast. Alternatively, take in the breathtaking balcony view for a of the beach and homes immersed in the natural surrounds.

My luxurious home can sleep up to 6 guests across three bedrooms. All bedroom are fitted with a double bed and features the finest 5 star hotel quality linen. Additionally, each room will have large wardrobes for personal storage. Two bedrooms will have an open outdoor area which can be accessed through the floor-to-ceiling glass doors that naturally light up the room. For the additional 3 guests, there are two additional couches that unfold into a queen and single sofa bed. Linen is also provided for these comfortable options.

There are two bathrooms, both fitted with corner showers, and beside those a toilet and sink. A salon hair dryer is provided and can be found underneath the sink. Toiletries include toilet paper, shampoo and conditioner, all complimentary. One of these bathrooms can be found in the master bedroom, functioning as a personal restroom.

Free unlimited WIFI is available all throughout the home.

A personal laundry space is available and includes a washer, dryer and ironing facilities. The laundry is located near the patio area, and can be accessed from outside of the main bedroom.

My space is perfect for everyone, including families, small groups and travellers. Side-street parking is available if you wish to get around by car.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home – you are booking the ‘entire place’ which means you can make yourself at home throughout. A set of keys will be provided to the doors, allowing you to come and go as you please throughout your stay, 24 hours a day.
Interaction with Guests:
In most instances I will personally meet guests upon arrival to hand over keys and explain where everything is and how easy it is to get around. For those checking in at unusual hours or while I’m at work, alternative arrangements will be made. During your stay I will be nearby in Mosman and available for contact by email or phone.
The Neighborhood:
The neighbours are friendly and helpful, and generally the streets are kept in a mint-clean condition. My home is perfect for beach-lovers, only a 3-minute walk to Balmoral Beach and beachside eateries such as The Bathers Pavilion and Kiosk, La Repubblica (Italian), and Beach House Balmoral Restaurant and Cafe.
