Luxurious CBD Pad with Infinity Pool and Gym!

Welcome to my modern and hip one-bedroom place, located in the very heart of Fortitude Valley. The jaw dropping views will set the scene for your stay, which will comfortably sleep up to four guests. Fitted with a complete kitchen, one bathroom, private laundry facilities, and parking, your stay will be one of comfort and ease. You’ll be a short drive (or walk, if you’re feeling healthy) to Brunswick Street Mall, featuring stores, cafes and the most renowned bars and restaurants in Brisbane.
The Space:
A place where rustic meets modern. Live the luxe life at my trendy place, that will be waiting for you after your spontaneous outings. With everything in close proximity, travelling is no hassle at all. You’ll be surrounded by an abundance of public transport, with regular bus services available on Brunswick Street, as well as Fortitude Valley Station being only a 3 minute walk away. Embark on a 5 minute drive to Brunswick Street Mall, where you can grab brunch at the endless cafe options available, and shop around. If you’re lucky enough to stay over the weekend, the weekend markets are a must; with jewellery, collectables and gifts on offer from up-and-coming designers. Plan your night out by heading to Alfredo’s Pizzeria for a cheesy feed, and then make your way to Eleven Rooftop Bar.

Moving into the apartment, you’ll be mesmerised by the patterned rug, that will lead your eyes around the spacious and bright room. The floor-to-ceiling vertical windows are a fabulous addition - one that your camera will approve of as well. Featuring one roomy sofa (that’s clearly calling your name), you’ll be able to lounge around and catch up on all TV shows and movies with thanks to the LCD TV.

My kitchen comes fully equipped with all the necessities that you need. With thanks to a gas stove, oven, and utensils, you can cook away in the comfort of the place. I can smell the beautiful chicken roast and vegetables already! A dishwasher is also made available, if hand washing is something that you don’t have the time for. All necessary detergent is also provided for you. If cooking isn’t your forte, don’t be alarmed because there are limitless options made available for you. If you want to try a chic meal and add some Middle Eastern seasoning into your life, you must try Gerard’s Bistro!

An intimate meal for two can be eaten at the small dining table. All dinnerware, glasses, and cutlery can be located in the cupboards of the kitchen. If you’re here on business, feel free to use this table as a temporary workstation for yourself. Don’t fret about having to use your Hotspot because this apartment also has WIFI as well.

Calling it a night? Head on over to the cosy bedroom, where you’ll be followed by the views of the area, with thanks to the large window nearby. The bedroom is fitted with one double bed and and covered with hotel quality 750 thread count linen - you’ll fall asleep in no time! Additional guests can sleep on the comfortable sofa in the living room which folds out to become a double sofa bed. Linen and good views are also provided.

The property has one generous sized bathroom, with a toilet and shower. You’ll have complimentary toiletries available, including toilet paper, shampoo and conditioner. After you have a long and hot shower, utilise the hairdryer stored in one of the cupboards.

After all of those foodie outings, you’ll definitely need to wash those clothes of yours! If you’re wanting to clean those yolk stains on those white tops, I’ve got you covered with your very own laundry that consists of a washing machine and dryer. To make your stay easier, I’ve also provided you with all the necessary detergents you need.

If you’re wanting to maintain that healthy lifestyle of yours, there is also an open gym made available to you. Utilise the large space and its equipment, including treadmills, exercise bikes, bench presses, and exercise balls. I admire your motivation and fitness goals!

My ultimate favourite is the pool area. Go in for a swim in the luxe pools, and cool off on the tanning beds, where you can hopefully achieve that healthy tan of yours. If swimming isn’t your thing, there is also a communal area with tables and chairs, where you can destress, and have some down time.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home – you are booking the ‘entire place’ which means you can make yourself at home throughout. A set of keys will be provided to the doors, allowing you to come and go as you please throughout your stay, 24 hours a day.
Interaction with Guests:
In most instances I will personally meet guests upon arrival to hand over keys and explain where everything is and how easy it is to get around. For those checking in at unusual hours or while I’m at work, alternative arrangements will be made. During your stay I will be nearby in Fortitude Valley and available for contact by email or phone.
