Perfect Pad For 5 Guests Right Near Coogee Beach

Welcome to my superior two-bedroom pad in the ever-so beautiful Coogee! You’ll have scenic views of the sealine and the luxe homes in the area from my place. Accommodating five guests, you can all live like Sydney-siders, with thanks to the spacious living room, kitchen, bathroom, balcony and rooftop. My place is a 1 minute walk from Coogee beach, where you can embark on a day of swimming and tanning, as well as get a taste of the wonderful cafe, bar and restaurant scene in Sydney's east.
The Space:
A stay at mine will give you a first-hand taste of the pristine Sydney lifestyle. Travelling will be made hassle free with regular buses departing nearby at Brook Street and Arden Street. Find adventure, by getting active and partaking in the iconic cliff top coastal walk, the Bondi to Coogee walk. Be blown away by the stunning views of the coastline, and embrace the best of the Australian beaches, which all offer a place to rest, swim or grab a bite. Your stay will be one of convenience, where groceries can be sought from Woolworths, a quick 1 minute walk down the road. Alternatively, if you’re wanting to embrace your shopaholic ways, Bondi Junction is the perfect place for you to do some serious shopping, only a 13 minute drive.

Moving into the apartment, you’ll be astounded by the charming and irresistible interior. The open living room, comprises of two couches decorated with pillows, as well as an armchair. For some cool air turn the airconditioning on or even open the sliding door for a beach breeze. Here you can watch some of your favourite television shows on my LCD TV.

Make sure you take time to step out from the lounge room onto the massive private balcony with beautiful views of the beach and Coogee Oval.

I know you might want to forget about all things cooking related whilst away, but there is a functional and tidy kitchen ready for your use. The kitchen is fitted with an oven, a gas stove, a refrigerator and a quality sink. Whip up some sausages and fried eggs on the stove in the morning, with some smashed avo and orange juice. If you’re wanting to head out AND you’re an Acai lover, I can assure you that Melonhead have the best in town! Your Instagram will thank you later, once you’ve posted a picture of it alongside the beach - truly living the life, if you ask me.

Take your food outside on the balcony, where there is a table with two high-stools. Dine with a view and lots of laughter with guests. All dinnerware, glasses and cutlery can be located in the cupboards of the kitchen.

Once you’ve had a taste of the beach lifestyle (and hopefully you’re not suffering from sunburn at this stage), there are two-bedrooms that are comfortably waiting for you. The first bedroom is fitted with a queen bed, and also has a workspace, for those who are travelling on business. The second bedroom is fitted with a double bed. Both beds are covered with hotel quality 750 thread count linen - to ensure you get the best out of your sleep. There is ample storage within both rooms, with the mirror wardrobes being a great place to unload your luggage. For those additional guests, the couch folds out into a sofa bed, and sleeps one. Doze off whilst watching a late-night movie, and wake-up to the beautiful views from mine. Linen is also provided for this option - beds are too mainstream after-all!

The property has one bathroom, suitable for doing the showering rounds for families and groups. Wash out that saltwater and sand from your luscious hair, with the complimentary shampoo and conditioner that I have provided for you. There is also a hair dryer in one of the cupboards, where you can dry and style your hair. Within this bathroom is a washing machine, where you can wash those bathers or dirty clothes of yours.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home – you are booking the ‘entire place’ which means you can make yourself at home throughout. A set of keys will be provided to the doors, allowing you to come and go as you please throughout your stay, 24 hours a day.
Interaction with Guests:
In most instances I will personally meet guests upon arrival to hand over keys and explain where everything is and how easy it is to get around. For those checking in at unusual hours or while I’m at work, alternative arrangements will be made. During your stay I will be nearby in Coogee and available for contact by email or phone.
The Neighborhood:
What’s there not to love about Coogee? The holiday starts when you inhale the refreshing sea breeze. The beach will be your backyard, only being a short 190 metre walk from my place. Make sure you also visit the very famous Bondi Beach, a 20 minute drive away, where you can have some famous fish and chips by the beach, or even grab a dirty burger feed from Milky Lane (the best burger joint in town).
