This stunning water-view iconic Collins Street apartment provides the best of tourism and luxury living with the finest facilities including a heated spa, swimming pool, cinema, gym while being situated in the heart of Melbourne’s CBD business district. My 2 bedroom apartment is the perfect stay for a family or small group of friends.
The Space:
As you enter my apartment you are met with a breathtaking wall of floor-to-ceiling glass showing you the most picturesque snapshot of the bustling Docklands area fringed by Yarra River in Melbourne. This lets in abundance of natural light during the day. My living space is extremely spacious with a large module lounge which can double as a sofa-bed at night. During the day you can relax on my plush sofa watching my large flat screen TV which is conveniently equipped with Chromecast so you can stream your favourite flicks. My lounge and apartment is fully air conditioned to keep you cool during those hot Melbourne days. Adjoining the living area is my spacious dining table is large enough to fit 6 people perfect for families or dinner parties with friends. It can also double as a workspace which you may utilise using my high speed unlimited free WIFI.

My kitchen is quaint and tucked into the wall, it is very clean and offers all your necessities with high-end stainless steel appliances. I have provided you dishware and crockery for your convenience. Dishwashing liquid has also been provided for ease of washing up. Everything that you need for cooking up a storm then cleaning it up is at your disposal - so I highly encourage you to do so, should you tire of eating at Melbourne’s fine eateries.

My master bedroom contains a large queen-size bed with hotel quality, high thread count linen. My bed is extremely comfortable with plush blankets and plenty of decorative pillows. The floor-to-ceiling windows let in endless sunlight during the day but also showcases your front row seats to the most beautiful night river views. My second bedroom is equally spacious equipped with these stunning views and a comfortable double bed. There is air conditioning ideally situated above the bed.

My two modern bathrooms feature large mirrored cabinets, mirrored splashback and glass-door showers which are extraordinarily clean. I have also provided complimentary toiletries, including toilet paper, shampoo and conditioner for your convenience. There is also fluffy towels provided for you. I’ve also equipped the bathroom with a hairdryer which is located beneath the sink.

For longer stays, be sure to make use of the personal laundry space. This is located in a separate cupboard, featuring a washer, dryer and ironing facilities. I have provided laundry detergent for you to use.

Guests have access to the entire home – you are booking the ‘entire place’ which means you can make yourself at home throughout. A set of keys will be provided to the doors, allowing you to come and go as you please throughout your stay, 24 hours a day.
Interaction with Guests:
In most instances I will personally meet guests upon arrival to hand over keys and explain where everything is and how easy it is to get around. For those checking in at unusual hours or while I’m at work, alternative arrangements will be made. During your stay I will be nearby in Melbourne and available for contact by email or phone.
The Neighborhood:
This apartment is located on the heart of the city with very close proximity to all your essentials for your stay in Melbourne; a Woolworths supermarket and Buluk park is located in your doorstep, the stunning Library on the Dock architectural haven is 4 minutes away. Surrounding the apartment is the iconic Yarra River with some of Melbourne’s most stunning views. Located in the heart of the Docklands this apartment is close to the colourful Melbourne Star Observation Wheel, Harbour Town shopping mall (24 mins walk), Webb Bridge which includes the Food Truck Park and The Groove Train.
Getting Around:
Getting around Melbourne City is extremely convenient from this complex as you can explore Melbourne’s riverside and Dockland’s area on foot. Should you choose to use public transport,the Victoria Harbour Docklands Stop D18 is located directly outside the apartment complex which gives you access to Melbourne’s extensive city tram network. The large Southern Cross station is a mere 12 minute walk away if you wish to travel further distances to explore various suburbs of Melbourne life.
