Funky Pad with Infinity Pool & Gym

Welcome to my funky one-bedroom apartment in Fortitude Valley, right in the centre of Brisbane! My place sleeps four guests, and is kept neat and tidy for you. Not only does my place have an open living room, kitchen and a bathroom, but it also gives you exclusive access to the infinity pools and gym facilities. Make sure to try the renowned restaurants and bars in the area. A 13 minute drive will get you to Brisbane’s CBD, ensuring you get the full tourist experience.
The Space:
Instill full faith in my apartment, a place that becomes more than just simply dropping off your luggage. Treat yourself to the wonderful features of the apartment, comprising of an open living room, a kitchen, bathroom as well as pool and gym access. Since you’re in the centre of Fortitude Valley, travelling will be made easy, with the local station being a 3 minute walk, and regular bus services made available on Brunswick Street. Brunswick Street Mall is only a 5 minute drive away - so make sure you check out the shops, cafes and restaurants on offer! If you’re planning a lively night, head to Alfredo’s Pizzeria for a cheesy and doughlicious feed, and then make your way to Eleven Rooftop Bar.

Get comfortable in the open living room, where you can watch your favourite television shows on the LCD television. Whilst away, you must find time to yourself, and you can do so by streaming some television shows with thanks to Chromecast! There is also an armchair in this space, a great option if you’re wanting to read.

If you’re seeking comfort food, or food in general, the kitchen is your go to key! Fitted with an oven, gas stove, and quality sink, you can put your chef hat on and get creative. There’s more than enough space for you to spread out all of your ingredients and cook up a storm for you and company. Since you’re away, I know cooking might not be an option since you probably want to treat yourself. Head over to Gerard’s Bistro, a chic Middle Eastern restaurant, that’s only a smooth 13 minute drive away.

If you’re eating-in, the dining table is the perfect place to grab a bite with your company. The intimate table seats four, and is a great way to sit down and discuss your day’s adventures.
All dinnerware, glasses and cutlery can be located in the cupboards of the kitchen. If you’re here on business and need some space to do your work, the dining table can be used as a temporary workspace. I’ve also got free WIFI all sorted for you - no hotspotting is necessary.
For small and quick meals, you can even sit on the stools near the kitchen benchtop. Take those meaningful chats from the dining room to the indoor balcony, and make yourselves comfortable with the two seats and small table.

Head on over to the one-bedroom to recoup for the rest of your stay. You’ll be able to sleep in the comfort of a queen bed, covered with hotel quality 750 thread count linen. Here you’ll get that well-deserved beauty sleep, and wake up to the beautiful views of the area, thanks to the floor-to-ceiling windows. Use the mirror cupboards to store all of your luggage and items. Additional guests can sleep on the comfortable sofa in the living room which folds out to become a double sofa bed. Linen is provided for this option as well. You’ll all sleep in style, and wake up feeling refreshed and re-energised.

The property has one generous sized bathroom, a place for you to unwind and refresh for the rest of your stay. The bathroom features a walk in shower and a toilet. You’ll have complimentary toiletries available, including toilet paper, shampoo and conditioner. There is also a hair dryer on site, should you require to fix up your hair for the day ahead.

Be sure to utilise the personal laundry space that consists of a washing machine and dryer. To make your stay easier, I’ve also provided you with all the necessary detergents you need.

The apartment also has additional facilities for your use. There is an open gym, if you’re looking to maintain your healthy and motivational lifestyle whilst on break! Equipment available includes treadmills, exercise bikes, bench presses, and exercise balls.

There is also a luxurious pool area if you’re looking to cool down. There are tanning beds as well if you’re looking to lie in the sun and get your tan on. Alternatively, if swimming isn’t your thing, there is also a communal area with tables and chairs, where you can destress, and have some down time.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home – you are booking the ‘entire place’ which means you can make yourself at home throughout. A set of keys will be provided to the doors, allowing you to come and go as you please throughout your stay, 24 hours a day.
Interaction with Guests:
In most instances I will personally meet guests upon arrival to hand over keys and explain where everything is and how easy it is to get around. For those checking in at unusual hours or while I’m at work, alternative arrangements will be made. During your stay
