This luxurious Melbourne city apartment is location-hunter’s dream situated in the center of the CBD on Level 55. My apartment has skyline views, modern finishes and 2 bedrooms, accommodating for 6 people. Located in Melbourne’s most stunning tower designed by world-famous architects, this airbnb apartment is not one to be missed out on, with the best location and world-class facilities including a pool, spa, gym and private cinemas.
The Space:
My apartment contains luxurious interiors sure to impress as well as a gym, yoga room and changing rooms on Level 9. On Level 31 there is a large swimming pool, dining rooms, large grand lounge rooms; the perfect apartment for entertaining. As my apartment is located on the 55th level, it provides amazing views over Yarra River and the whole Melbourne CBD and surrounding suburbs.

Entering my apartment which has been styled by some of Australia’s top stylists, you will walk down a hallway to reach my living, kitchen and dining area. My kitchen is clean, modern, tucked into the wall and features a light-up splashback. It provides plenty of counter space perfect for preparing your favourite dishes with my high-end stainless steel Miele appliances. I have also provided your necessary dishware, cutlery and complimentary coffee and tea for your convenience. There is also dishwashing liquid for easy clean ups.

My designer apartment features an upholstered bench that can comfortably fit 5 or so guests, as well as a dining table with two additional chairs. This is the perfect chic set up for dinner parties or entertaining with friends. This can double as a workspace which you can utilise with my ultra-fast unlimited free WiFi.

Flowing onto the living area, it is spacious and large with a comfortable, plush sofa facing a large flat-screen TV equipped with Chromecast, ideal for movie nights with the family. This sofa can also double as a sofa bed for additional guests and I have provided extra linen located in the cupboards for this. My lounge and the rest of my apartment has air conditioning to keep you cool during the summer. My lounge and dining area leads onto a balcony through floor-to-ceiling windows. My balcony overlooks stunning views of Melbourne city skyrises which light up at night. I have additional seating outside on the balcony where you can admire this breathtaking view.

My master bedroom features a plush and comfortable double bed with hotel-quality linen to support you in a comfortable rest after a long day of Melbourne city exploring. I have designer gold bedside table lamps and paintings adorning my bedroom. There is also a large wardrobe perfect for storing your shopping needs during your stay. My second bedroom is generously sized and contains a comfortable double bed with an upholstered headboard and air conditioning.

The luxurious bathroom has a clean minimal, black and white design. My shower is large with a glass door and oversized rainfall shower head. I have provided you with high-quality toiletries, including shampoo, conditioner and soap, along with soft cotton towels. A salon hair dryer has also been left under the sink.

My laundry is tucked away with a washing machine for easy washing during extended stays.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home – you are booking the ‘entire place’ which means you can make yourself at home throughout. A set of keys will be provided to the doors, allowing you to come and go as you please throughout your stay, 24 hours a day.
Interaction with Guests:
In most instances I will personally meet guests upon arrival to hand over keys and explain where everything is and how easy it is to get around. For those checking in at unusual hours or while I’m at work, alternative arrangements will be made. During your stay I will be nearby in Melbourne and available for contact by email or phone.
