Welcome to my modern designer townhouse, situated in quiet Box Hill - the perfect place for a relaxing retreat while still remaining in Melbourne’s outer suburbia. The muted, sleek interiors reflect the chich modernity of Melbourne city, which is about half an hour away from my home. My home, featuring 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, and private parking, is able to comfortably house 8 guests. Because of its many rooms and large space, my home is perfect for large groups and families.
The Space:
My lounge is adjoined to both the dining area and the kitchen, and is found on the second floor. In the living area, there is a large flat-screen LCD TV, from where you can watch Australia’s wide range of free broadcasting while nestled in the comfort of the sofa. This sofa can also retract into a double sofa-bed, allowing two guests to bed there on top of the other six in the three bedrooms. The dining area is close to the balcony, and features a large six-seater dining table. This is perfect for quiet intimate dinners, or as a temporary workstation for the business-oriented traveller. On the balcony, which is easily accessible from the living room, I have provided a small wooden table with accompanying chairs.
The kitchen is right next to the living area, and the workspace is has enough space for you to work well. It is equipped with all the appliances necessary for you to cook up a storm, whether it be a classic Sunday roast, or some Japanese curry. In the high-capacity pantries and cupboards, you will be able to store whatever food you bring along, and I have provided you with full sets of tableware and glassware, making cooking at home an option for dining. If you feel like eating out instead, I recommend Simon’s Peking Duck Chinese Restaurant, which is a 10 minute drive away.
After a full day of exploring Melbourne and its surrounding suburbs, the warm embrace of my beds will welcome you home. In all three bedrooms, all double beds are fitted with hotel-quality 750 thread count linen, to ensure that you get a restful night’s sleep. All beds come with bedside tables and lamps, so you will be able to power through the next chapter of your favourite book comfortably in bed. Should you feel cold, bedrooms also come with additional heaters to ensure your comfort. Two bedrooms have an additional ensuite bathroom with a shower, for added convenience.
My home also has two ultra-modern bathrooms, which includes one ensuite, and features showers, toilets mirrors and sinks. Toiletries including shampoo, conditioner and soap have been provided along with soft fluffy cotton towels. A salon hairdryer has also been left under the sink. If you need to wash your clothes during your stay, the property also comes with a laundry featuring a washer-dryer combo and iron with ironing board.
There is ample street car parking in front of the house, as well as private parking in the property..
My place is an exquisite house and was built with socializing and groups in mind. The vibe and location will leave you with lifetime memories and I look forward to welcoming you.
The space is perfect for families, groups staying in Melbourne for weddings, holidays or reunions. It is not the space to hold events like a ‘Hens’ or ‘Bucks’ weekend.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home – you are booking the ‘entire place’ which means you can make yourself at home throughout. A set of keys will be provided to the doors, allowing you to come and go as you please throughout your stay, 24 hours a day.
Interaction with Guests:
You’ll have access to private and public parking, which makes moving around by car extremely easy. Access to public transport is also very convenient, with multiple bus stops only a few minutes walk away. These bus stops can be found on Elgar Road, Severn Street, and Arnold Street. Travelling to the closest train station, Box Hill Central Station, takes about 16 minutes if you walk. Travelling to the Melbourne CBD takes about 30 minutes, by car or by train and bus.
The Neighborhood:
My home, despite being located in Melbourne’s suburbia, has easy access to a wide range of retail stores, services and restaurants. Many stores and restaurants of Box Hill are centralised in the Box Hill Central train station, which is only a 13 minute bus ride away or a 16 minute walk. Here, the restaurants, many of which are Asian, extend to Carrington Road, Station Street, and Whitehorse Road. My favourites here include Seoulia BBQ Buffet Restaurant, Lu Yang Dumpling House, and Roast Duck Inn.

You’ll have access to private and public parking, which makes moving around by car extremely easy. Access to public transport
