The Space:
Welcome to my newly renovated home in Fortitude Valley, located in the heart of Brisbane. A pure statement in contemporary luxury and design, my apartment presents itself as the ultimate retreat, and is home to the city’s first class restaurants, bars and shopping boutiques. It’s in an exclusive neighbourhood with the convenience of frequent transport whilst being close to Brisbane’s CBD.

My property is the epitome of convenience. A 1 minute walk will take you to Fortitude Valley train station which will connect you with Brisbane city and all the surrounding areas. There are frequent bus services on adjacent streets including Brunswick Street which will take you in and around Brisbane. When it comes to shopping and dining, you’re in the best possible position! You’ll be next door to Chinatown which will satisfy any oriental food cravings you may have. Additionally there are numerous restaurants, fine dining spots and bars along Brunswick and Wickham Street. For any shopping, your best bet is to head to Brunswick Street Mall as it’s filled with boutique stores and services plus some fast food like Hungry Jacks. When it comes to groceries, your best bet is the Woolworths on St Pauls Terrace - it’s a 5 minute drive away. If you’re a Coles fan there’s one in Brisbane City - roughly 9 minutes away.

My home has European-inspired interiors, with a focus on Scandinavian style embellished with soft light, airy rooms and stylish functionality. The home features a large open-plan family living area flowing between the kitchen, dining room and lounge room. Featuring quality fittings and superior detail, the gourmet kitchen features stone benchtops, gas cook tops, stainless steel appliances and quality taps. The kitchen also includes a kettle, toaster and dishwasher. You’ll also find a microwave oven and family-sized fridge in the kitchen. Both a dishwasher and detergent have been provided so you will not need to worry about hand washing.

A contemporary dining setting allows you to enjoy meals comfortably, full tableware, crockery and glassware is available in the kitchen. There is seating for up to 4 guests at the dining table plus a breakfast counter with room for four. The dining table also serves as a great workspace thanks to the fast and unlimited WIFI made available throughout the home.

With a plush sofa three seater sofa and huge flat-screen TV, my living room is the perfect spot to unwind after a busy day. Sit back, enjoy the company of friends all night long in my spacious living room.

The open plan dining and living interiors open out onto a covered balcony that provide further views of the Fortitude Valley below. The outdoor area is ideal for a coffee, tea or a glass of wine with family and friends; perfect for relaxing after a busy day.

The bedrooms each feature comfortable queen beds with 500 thread count linen, as well as sliding full length mirrors and storage space for travellers. For additional guests, the living room sofa converts into a plush, two-person sofa bed providing comfortable room for a good night’s sleep. Extra linen and pillows can be provided upon request for the sofa bed.

In the bathrooms you’ll find a chic, open plan glass shower. A salon hair dryer can be found under the sink of the main bathroom. Toiletries, including shampoo and conditioner, are provided with compliments.

Outside on your private balcony you can enjoy the peaceful ambience and fresh air of Brisbane. You can make use of the outdoor table and chairs for alfresco dining.

Secure parking is provided for all guests and is located within the building. It comes in the form of a car stacker and I’ve uploaded the accepted car dimensions in the photo wheel.

The space is perfect for families, groups staying in Brisbane for weddings, holidays or reunions. It is not the space to hold events like a ‘Hens’ or ‘Bucks’ weekend.
