The Space:
Experience Sydney from one of Sydney’s most transport-friendly places. My two bed studio apartment is located within walking distance of Coogee Beach, the University of NSW, a number of hospitals, Randwick Racecourse and the Centennial Park Sports Stadiums including Allianz Stadium and the Sydney Cricket Ground.

Located in a near-new apartment block, this is a professional eastern beaches apartment that fits perfectly with the patchwork of university students, center-city commuters, and local bakers and butchers that call Randwick home.

The apartment is fitted with a spacious queen sized bed which will be made with fresh cotton sheets ready for your arrival. Lamps next to your bed gives you a chance to relax in your own domain before falling off to sleep.

The second bed sleeps two adults and is a comfortable double bed sized convertible sofa. Quality linen and pillows are provided for the second bed, which you’re more than welcome to use at no extra cost.
My apartment is easily accessible by a lift - no need to carry your luggage up any stairs!

Features include an open plan studio style living room and bedroom, with a separate bathroom and a fully-equipped kitchen and dining bar.
The living room features a high-definition television and a comfy three-seater chaise lounge. Featuring contemporary-industrial furnishings, you’ll feel right at home and easily able to enjoy your own private entertaining area.

The breakfast bar is great for both home cooked meals prepared at home in the fully-equipped kitchen or for take-away food from any of the many restaurants located in Randwick - including from ‘The Spot’ just around the corner. Like a little village within a village, "The Spot" fills with people in repose at patio tables, bar tops, and plaza benches and also offers a range of take-away options.

In the bedroom you’ll find a stylish workstation that business travellers will find handy. Make use of the free unlimited super fast broadband wifi available throughout my home to work on the go - or to keep your friends at home jealous of the fun you’re having in Sydney!

A wardrobe and storage space for your luggage and personal belongings is provided.

Fresh towels can be found in the bathroom, next to the shower. Toiletries, including shampoo and conditioner, are provided complimentarily. The salon hair dryer is kept under the sink.

You’ll find a European style washing machine and dryer in the bathroom also, perfect for those long stays. An ironing board and iron are provided for your convenience too.

Outside you’ll find a private balcony to enjoy the leafy surrounds in this eastern-beaches spot, including an outdoor dining setting for two.
Free timed street parking is available on the street directly out the front of the house – and it is usually easy enough to find a park either right outside the front door or within a few houses either side. If you need a more permanent car park during your stay, let me know as there are options nearby from as little as $8 per day.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home – you are booking the ‘entire place’ which means you can make yourself at home throughout. A set of keys will be provided to the doors, allowing you to come and go as you please throughout your stay, 24 hours a day.
Interaction with Guests:
In some instances I will personally meet guests upon arrival to hand over keys and explain where everything is and how easy it is to get around. For those checking in at unusual hours or while I’m at work, alternative arrangements will be made. During your stay I will be nearby in Sydney and available for contact by email or phone.
The Neighborhood:
Randwick is bordered by Coogee, Queens Park, Kingsford, Waverly, South Coogee, Maroubra, Bronte, Clovelly, and Kensington.

A patchwork of university students, center-city commuters, and local bakers and butchers, Randwick feels conventional without feeling commonplace. A few miles from the CBD, it’s a convenient hub and convivial meeting spot where it’s nice to say hi to your neighbor from your apartment balcony and hail the bus driver before the light turns green. Randwick’s not swanky or chic, but its proximity to beaches, parks, and good nature make it hard to pass
