The Space:
Fun in the sun awaits you in this 2,200sq ft. newly renovated pool and spa home. Featuring 4 bedrooms and 3 baths located less than 3 miles from the excitement of the famous Las Vegas strip, and surrounded by great restaurants, supermarkets and everything you need to feel right at home. A brand new kitchen with all new appliances opens up to the dining room and pool table room. Relax and unwind by the private pool and spa in a newly re-imagined landscape.

The pool table room opens up to the patio allowing for effortless indoor/outdoor living and entertaining. The patio has lounge chairs, an above-ground very high end 6-person spa/gazebo, and a full outdoor dining set. NOTE: If you want pool heating, there is a charge of $50 + $40/day. A pool technician needs to pre-heat the pool 48 hours in advance. Please notify me 3 days prior to your arrival to have heated pool ready for you upon arrival. Spa is free!

The master bedroom has a king bed and an ensuite bathroom, with a sliding door leading to a private deck overlooking the pool. The other three bedrooms (king, queen, and queen) have brand new mattresses and 1800-thread count linens to ensure you get a great nights rest.

Our place sleeps up to 10 comfortably. Please notify us if you need to set up our air mattresses to 14.

The house is 100% yours just like a hotel with a professional cleaning crew that comes in right before your visit. The whole check-in/check-out process is keyless so you can drive up at any hour, press a combination on the door lock and you're in :) The lock is connected to Wifi and changes with every guest for added security.

— We would prefer no pets at our home. If you choose to bring one, there is a $100 sanitation fee. We must remove all pet dander that could cause allergic reactions to others.

We're available 24/7, and have contractors on call 24/7 to handle any issues.
The Neighborhood:
Our beautiful property is located in a convenient and safe community. Please be respectful of this home and of the neighbors. This is a quiet community and as such we prefer that guests avoid loud music, parties at night, and hosting very large groups.
Getting Around:
Uber is coming to Vegas, and you can have a taxi here within 15 minutes!

— Please note the check-in and check-out times. We can typically accommodate requests for early check-ins / late check-outs, but we can only confirm such requests 48 hours before the date requested. The reason is we potentially have other guests coming in or leaving the same day, and cleaners typically need around 5 hours.
