The Space:
This modest two bedroom apartment is on level 17 of the building, with lift access and amazing view of Melbourne Star (the giant Ferris Wheel) and west side of the city.

The apartment has easy access to many places:

5 minutes walk to Harbour Town shopping center, Melbourne Star and Etihad Stadium

less than a minute walk to the closest tram stop: Free City circle tram can take you into the centre of town in less than 10 minutes

a breezy 20 minutes’ walk will take you half way across Melbourne city center

many local restaurants around the corner

Getting around is just so easy!

The apartment has two bedrooms.
Master bedroom: Queen size bed, mirror build in robe
Second bedroom: Double size bed, mirror build in robe
Both bedrooms have individual heaters.

There are block out roller blinds in both bedrooms.

A modern bathroom with built in laundry. There’s a bottle of hand wash and a hair dryer for your convenience.

There is a washing machine in the laundry and we provide the washing detergent tablets.

A well equipped kitchen overlooking the open plan living/dining area with stone bench top and top quality appliances:
dishwasher (we provide dishwasher powder)
fridge/freezer
stove/oven
a microwave oven
a toaster
a kettle

We provide basic cooking utensils and equipment, even cooking oil, salt and pepper!

There will be some milk and biscuits, as well as tea and coffee for your convenience.

Living/dining area is modishly furnished with a designer 3 seater sofa, LCD TV and a coffee table.

All parts of the apartment have the beautiful view of Melbourne Star and city west side. With plenty of natural light and lots of fresh air, this apartment can be your home away from home.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to resort style resident facilities including a lounge where you can sit, relax and read, swimming pool, gymnasium, heated spa and also enjoy free WIFI!!

Guests can also rent function areas such as dining lounge for dinner party, bean bag cinema for an exclusive viewing, or a board room for your business meeting. *****extra charge applies. Please let me know 2 weeks in advance.*****

Car park is available upon request for $12 per night. The car park is located on level 4 of the apartment building, with lift access to the apartment. Please let me know in advance if you require parking during your stay.
The Neighborhood:
Docklands is Melbourne's newest waterfront precinct with an unbeatable breathtaking view.

Right in front of the building is the beautiful New Quay promenade. You can take a walk along the harbour, enjoy the stunning water view of Docklands, take some photos of futuristic sculptures, savor fine dining at restaurants along the waterfront or grab some beers in the local pubs.
Getting Around:
Free City Circle Tram no. 35, Tram no. 30, 70 & 86 all stop next to the building. All trams within the city area are free to ride!

Southern Cross train station is within 15 minutes of walking.

From Melbourne international airport, you can take a Sky Bus to Southern Cross station then use their free Hotel shuttle service, get dropped off at Sebel Docklands. The entrance to the building is next door to Sebel.

Taxi from Melbourne Airport is approximately $60.00, about 25 minutes, depends on traffic.
