My place is located in the heart of Melbourne's culture precinct. Close to Melbourne Convention and Exhibition centre, DFO South Wharf,Crown, Art Centre, Royal Botanic Garden, The Colonial Tramcar Restaurant, Capital City Trail, and Polly Woodside. And also close to Tennis centre and MCG. You’ll love my place because of the light, the comfy bed, the kitchen, the cosiness, and the high ceilings. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids).
The Space:
My place has Netflix channel. If you like show, this is the best place to stay. Just cross road, there are a coupl of theatres. Like ACCA, Malthouse theatre, NIDA The Beckett Theatre. Almost every day has show on in diffence theatre.

The living room has a aircon
(cold & hot). Each of bed room has extra blanket in Winter time. It is warm enough for Winter season.
Guest Access:
You can access all facilities the building supply. Like Gym, swimming pool, steam room. BBQ area.
Interaction with Guests:
I'm available on airbnb everyday from 10am-10pm. Leave me a message if I'm not available. I will reply as soon as I can.
Getting Around:
My place is close to the supermarket IGA. Just cross the road you can find IGA and chemist warehouse. And also for bike rental. Please see photos has more details. bus station is just downstairs.
