13 Docklands Harbour View Stylish Apartment

A perfectly located and fully furnished 2 bedroom apartment on the city side with brand new furniture, adjacent to Etihad Stadium with easy access to all parts of Melbourne via FREE trams stop right in front of the building. Huge living space with floor length windows overlooking the beautiful Docklands Harbour.
The Space:
Facing the beautiful Docklands Harbour, with a tram stop right in front of the building. This is your Melbourne home.

This apartment has 2 bedrooms, both with en-suits, a fully equipped kitchen and a huge open plan dinning and living area.

Master bedroom has:
a Queen size bed


Second bedroom has:
a double bed

There are block out roller blinds in both bedrooms.

There is an air mattress available. *****Please let me know if you will require this bed for 5th and 6th person. I will need to set it up prior to your check in.*****

Washing machine is provided, as well as laundry detergent tablets. There are liquid hand wash and hair dryers in both bathrooms.

For your convenience, we also provide an iron and ironing board.

Kitchen has following appliances:
dishwasher (we provide dishwasher powder)
fridge/freezer
stove/oven
a microwave oven
a toaster
a kettle

We provide basic cooking utensils and equipment, salt and pepper!

We also put some milk in the fridge for you and biscuits, as well as tea and coffee for your first breakfast.

The Neighborhood:
Docklands is Melbourne's newest waterfront precinct with an unbeatable breathtaking view.

Right in front of the building is the beautiful New Quay promenade. You can take a walk along the harbour, enjoy the stunning water view of Docklands, take some photos of futuristic sculptures, savor fine dining at restaurants along the waterfront or grab some beers in the local pubs.
Getting Around:
Free city circle tram no. 35, Tram no. 30 and 86 all stop right in front of the building. All trams travel within the city area are now free to ride.

Southern Cross train station is within 20 minutes of walking.

From Melbourne international airport, you can take a Sky Bus to Southern Cross station.

Taxi from Melbourne Airport is approximately $55.00
