Located in the center of the Rambla of Poblenou and just few steps away from the beaches and Barcelona's historical district.

The UD - MA Units have been reformed on winter 2016, with modern design and with all needed features.

The unit is composed by:
1 bedroom with double bed,
1 bedroom with double bed and ensuite bathroom
1 living room with double sofa bed (usable in case you have a short visit during your stay)
1 bathroom with shower, hair dryer, towels heater and all the amenities
1 fully equipped kitchen with all utensils

RENTAL MODE
Self-Catering Units without reception on site.
On-site/Online Check In, payment by cash/credit card, End of Stay Cleaning, Welcome Pack, Cleaning pack, Towels, Bed-Linen, Bath Amenities, Check-Out max at 10.30am, Office Support (Mon-Fri / 10am-7pm CET, official Holiday excluded).

IMPORTANT NOTES:
- Barcelona City Tourist Tax, which is 2.48 EUR / Adult (+16 y.o.) / Night (max.7 nights), not included, only if applicable.
- SECURITY DEPOSIT: Only taken by credit card
- Presencial Check-in extra charges: 30 euros (Check-in between 9pm and 11pm); 50 euros (Check-in between 11pm and 00:30am); 60 euros, after 00:30 only upon request.

- Free Wifi
- Periodic Courtesy Cleaning** (weekly, bi-weekly or monthly depending on the lenght of stay)
** It is a courtesy/free provided cleaning. The guest is responsible for taking care of the apartment and for the cleaning. Of cours we can provide a cleaning with change of towels and linen for an extra charge.
