The Urban District Penthouse Suites are on the top floor of the building and come with a comfortable private balcony and a roof-top large private terrace accessible from the balcony, from where you will enjoy amazing 360o views of the city and view of some of the main attractions such as Sagrada Familia and Torre Agbar.

The UD Vintage Suite comes with all amenities you might need such as: Bed-linen, Towels, Free Wifi, AiCo & Heater, Fully equipped kitchen, Nespresso Coffe Machine, LCD TV, TV Sat, Bath amenities & Towels Heater, Welcome Basket.

The suite has been decorated with vintage design furniture and is composed by:
1x Double Bedroom area with large double bed
1x Double sofa bed for extra people (suggested for 1 adult or 2 small Kids)
1x Living area with fully equipped kitchen
1x Bathroom with shower, towels, heater and amenities
1x Balcony with outdoor coffee table.
1x Large Private Terrace with outdoor table and sofa

Self-Catering Apartment without reception
On-Site check In from 3:00pm, payment by cash/credit card, 24h Emergency Support, End of Stay Cleaning, Welcome Pack, Cleaning pack, Towels, Bed-Linen, Bath Amenities, CheckOut max at 10:30am, Office support (Mon-Fri / 10am-7pm CET, official Holiday excluded) .

OPTIONAL SERVICES available on request: Airport transfer, VIP Airport transfer, Grocery Shopping, Daily cleaning, City Tours, Concierge services.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
- Barcelona City Tourist Tax, which is 2.48 EUR / Adult (+16 y.o.) / Night (max.7 nights), not included.
- SECURITY DEPOSIT: Only taken by credit card pre-authorization at the Check-In as guarantee against damages.
- Check-in extra charges: 30 euros (Check-in between 9pm and 11pm); 50 euros (Check-in between 11pm and 00:30am); 60 euros, after 00:30 only upon request.
