The Urban District Vintage Loft Barcelona is located on the ground floor of the building and comes with a large open space living room and 2 bedrooms with bathrooms. It has been totally reformed on summer 2014 maintaining some of the original bricks wall and typical catalan ceiling.

The UD Vintage Loft Barcelona comes with all amenities you might need such as: Bed-linen, Towels, Free Wifi, AiCo, Fully equipped kitchen, Nespresso Coffee Machine, LCD TV, Bath amenities, Welcome Basket.

The Loft is composed by different open spaces which can be separated by sliding doors so to create 2 different bedrooms with bathroom as follow:

On-site Check-In from 3pm to 9pm (included), Payment by cash/credit card, 24h Emergency Support, End of Stay Cleaning, Welcome Pack, Cleaning pack, Towels, Bed-Linen, Bath Amenities, Check-Out max at 10:30am, Office Support (Mon-Fri / 10am-7pm CET, official Holiday excluded) .

OPTIONAL SERVICES available on request: Airport Transfer, VIP Airport Transfer, Grocery Shopping, Daily cleaning, City Tours, Concierge services.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
- Barcelona City Tourist Tax, which is 2.48 EUR / Adult (+16 y.o.) / Night (max.7 nights), not included.
- SECURITY DEPOSIT: taken by credit card at the Check-In as guarantee against damages.
- Check-in extra charges: 30 euros (Check-in between 9pm and 11pm); 50 euros (Check-in between 11pm and 00:30am); 60 euros, after 00:30 only upon request.

This new UD Loft is located in a trendy area of 22@ just few minutes from the Rambla de Poble Nou, 10 minutes from the beaches or to the main shopping mall (Glories). The Old Town is just located at 1-2 metro stops or 15 minutes walk.

The Rambla of Poble Nou is a pedestrian area with an amazing sequence of restaurants, cafeterias and gastro-bars. Walking down on the Rambla, you will reach the beaches with all water sports.
