Spacious Loft in the Heart of Sydney's CBD

Welcome to my stunning loft apartment located in the heart of the CBD. My designer home has been styled by Sydney’s best home stylists with comfort, practicality and design in mind. The property’s prime location means that you’ll have easy to all of Sydney’s best tourist destinations thanks to my home’s proximity to Wynyard Station. On top of that, you’ll be surrounded by Sydney’s best bars, clubs, restaurants and cafes, all waiting to solve those hunger cravings and quench your thirst!
The Space:
My perfect little home features a spacious living room containing a soft sofa, fully outfitted kitchen, a comfortable double bed on the second floor, and your own private laundry. Additionally, you’ll be a short walk from Wynyard Station which will give you access to all of Sydney and the outer suburbs!

Moving into the designer living room you’ll find a beautiful flat screen TV positioned in front of my favorite sofa. The sofa is perfect for relaxing in front of the TV after a long day exploring Sydney. The living room features a tall window which keeps the room constantly illuminated during the day whilst giving you a sneak peak of Sydney and Darling Harbour in the distance. Perfect for those Friday night fireworks!

The spacious kitchen comes fully equipped with all the appliances you could need plus more. My kitchen rules and contains an oven, stove, microwave, toaster, kettle and complimentary tea and coffee all ready for you and your masterchef creations. Dinnerware, glassware and cutlery can all be found in the kitchen.

If cooking isn’t your thing, just remember you’re in Sydney after all! You’re surrounded by an abundance of great restaurants, bars and cafes each prepared to serve you some of the best food in the country! If you haven’t got the time to go out, I suggest using UberEats or Deliveroo to get the food delivered to your door.

Once you’ve got your food, you can enjoy it at the dining table that seats four just by the large window in the living room. Darling Harbour usually has a fireworks display every Friday night so if you decide to eat in, try and time it correctly for the view of the show! Otherwise, it’s the best spot for breakfast thanks to the warm light coming through the window.

If you’re here on work, the table can double as your temporary workstation. I’ve provided fast and unlimited WIFI so make the most of it and get some work done if you have to. There is also a small desk on the second floor. Otherwise, stream some TV shows and movies to your laptop and enjoy it on the bed or sofa!

Upstairs you’ll find the comfortable double bed fitted with fresh hotel quality 500 thread count linen. The bed side drawers are ideal for storing any clothing and some late night reading thanks to the lamps. There is also enough space around the room to store any of your luggage without the home feeling cluttered.

Jumping into the bathroom you’ll find a bathtub shower ready for you to scrubadub. Don’t worry if you’ve forgotten your shampoo or conditioner - I’ve provided some with compliments. The bathroom also contains a washing machine and dryer with the required detergent so that you can keep your clothes clean and ready to go.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home – you are booking the ‘entire place’ which means you can make yourself at home throughout. One set of keys will be provided to both the front and back doors, allowing you to come and go as you please throughout your stay, 24 hours a day.
Interaction with Guests:
In some instances I will personally meet guests upon arrival to hand over keys and explain where everything is and how easy it is to get around. For those checking in at unusual hours or while I’m at work, alternative arrangements will be made. During your stay I will be nearby in Sydney and available for contact by email or phone.
The Neighborhood:
You’ll be situated in the heart of Sydney and surrounded by an abundance of public transport, restaurants and cafes. If you’ve got the time one night, head down to Barangaroo which is Sydney’s newest modern development and features five star restaurants of various cuisines. Everything is good, is just about making the time to go there. Otherwise, there are numerous spots close by on Sussex Street and the adjacent streets.
Getting Around:
My home is a short walk from Wynyard station which will connect you with all of Sydney and the outer suburbs. Additionally, there are regular bus services on Sussex St and adjacent streets that will take you where you need to go
Other Things to Note:
There is to be no smoking in my property - any evidence of smoking will result in a $150 fine.
If you do lose keys to my property, you will be charged $250.
