Welcome to by beautiful Mortlake home. My property features a stunning open space plan with brand new furniture and styling. The home features a large bedroom and balcony, spare sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen and your own private laundry.

The property is located in a quiet and beautiful suburb surrounded by beautiful lakes and expansive golf courses for you to enjoy! At the end of the street you can watch the sunset and take a picnic.
The Space:
My beautiful property has been newly furnished by a home styling pro to better utilise the open space and create a relaxing feeling throughout the apartment. The location is perfect for outside fun. Simply go to a nearby golf course and start swinging or have a go at the famous Bay Run!

Due to it’s optimal location just outside the busy city, you’ll be surrounded by a quiet neighbourhood whilst still being able to go for a quick drive and land in the CBD! The area is filled with amazing restaurants and cafes with Five Dock featuring arguably the best fish and chips shop in Australia - don’t believe me? Go try them out!

If you don’t want to go out and eat, that’s fine! The kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances and a huge stone bench so that you can get your Masterchef on. Dinnerware, glassware and cutlery is all provided and can be found in the kitchen area. From there you can enjoy your delicious home-cooked meal at the large dining table.

Moving into the living room, you can settle down on the comfortable couch that doubles as a sofa bed. The TV is hooked up to the best Sydney has on offer. Otherwise, you can use the fast and unlimited WIFI and watch some Netflix, and chill. The dining table can also be used as your temporary workstation.

The bedroom features a large and comfortable double bed with high quality linen. There’s enough room for you luggage and a large walk in wardrobe ready for you and all your fashionable clothing. The bedroom also gives you direct access to the balcony. Otherwise, a large sofa bed is in the other room and believe me, it’s very comfortable.

The property also features one generous bathroom with both a spacious step-in shower. Toiletries, including shampoo and condition, are provided with compliments. In the laundry, there is both a washing machine and dryer plus the necessary detergent.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home – you are booking the ‘entire place’ which means you can make yourself at home throughout. One set of keys will be provided to both the front and back doors, allowing you to come and go as you please throughout your stay, 24 hours a day.
Interaction with Guests:
In some instances I will personally meet guests upon arrival to hand over keys and explain where everything is and how easy it is to get around. For those checking in at unusual hours or while I’m at work, alternative arrangements will be made. During your stay I will be nearby in Sydney and available for contact by email or phone.
The Neighborhood:
Situated in Mortlake, my apartment provides direct and convenient access to all parts of the Inner West and Sydney. You’ll find yourself with easy access to Sydney city via public transport. In Mortlake you’ll find a great array of restaurants and cafes - yummy.
Getting Around:
Just around the corner on Tennyson Road, you'll find a bus stop which will give you access to the city via the 439 and 462 buses.

Of course, if you prefer to drive, the property has private parking access.
