Flattering Pad with Lovely Views, Pool & Parking

Welcome to my luxurious two-bedroom pad where you’ll be lucky enough to experience the beautiful and scenic views of Fortitude Valley. Sleeping six guests, and fitted with a living room, two bathrooms, a kitchen, balcony, as well as exclusive access to infinity pools, a gym and parking, a stay at mine will leave you feeling bliss. My place is a short 10 minute drive to Brisbane City where you can visit the most renowned shops, bars and restaurants, and enjoy the lovely parks and outdoor spaces.
The Space:
This suave apartment is the perfect place for those who intend to go on spontaneous outings, and explore the wonders of Brisbane. With everything within close proximity, your stay will be one of convenience, ensuring that you can head into town whenever you’d like and do as you please. You’ll have access to an abundance of public transport, with regular bus services available on Brunswick Street, as well as Fortitude Valley Station being only a 3 minute walk away. Embark on a 5 minute drive to Brunswick Street Mall, where you can grab brunch at the endless cafe options available, and shop around. If you’re lucky enough to stay over the weekend, the weekend markets are a must; with jewellery, collectables and gifts on offer from up-and-coming designers. An 8 minute drive will get you to Brisbane City, and to Riverbar and Kitchen for dinner which has waterfront views and fancy cocktails.

Moving into the apartment, you’ll be greeted by the open space and the light streaming through the floor-to-ceiling vertical windows. The couch and armchair in the living room are perfectly placed near the LCD television. Here you can relax and enjoy your favourite television shows whilst admiring the lovely views of the area.

Turning to the kitchen, you’ll have plenty of facilities to help you create your favourite dishes. My white kitchen is fitted with an oven, gas stove, quality sink, toaster, and microwave, and it’s large benchtop will give you more than enough space to prepare multiple dishes at once. The utensils will ensure you can cook away in the comfort of my pad. A dishwasher is also made available, if hand washing is something that you don’t have the time for. All necessary detergents are also provided for you. If cooking isn’t your forte, don’t be alarmed because there are limitless options made available for you. If you want to try a chic meal and add some Middle Eastern seasoning into your life, you must try Gerard’s Bistro!

A meal for six can be eaten at the dining table right near the kitchen. Sit down as you wait for the freshly made food to be placed right in front of you at the table. All dinnerware, glasses, and cutlery can be located in the cupboards of the kitchen. Enjoy a simple home-cooked meal, otherwise, if you’re wanting to eat as a group, heading on out to get a taste of the renowned food culture in Fortitude is necessary! This table can also be used as a temporary workspace for all you business travellers. To make your stay one of ease, I have also provided unlimited WIFI for you.

Calling it a night? You have two bedrooms to choose from throughout your stay. Head on over to the cosy bedrooms, where you’ll be followed by the views of the area, with thanks to the large windows nearby. The first bedroom is fitted with a double bed and also features an ensuite bathroom. The second room also has a double bed, and here you’ll be surrounded by floor-to-ceiling windows where you can wake up to gorgeous views. Both beds are covered with hotel quality 750 thread count linen - you’ll fall asleep in no time! There is also plenty of room to store your belongings, thanks to the mirror cupboards. Additional guests can also sleep on the comfortable sofa in the living room which folds out to become a double sofa bed. Linen and good views are also provided.

The property has two generous sized bathrooms, both with a toilet and shower. You’ll have complimentary toiletries available, including toilet paper, shampoo and conditioner. After you have a long and hot shower, utilise the hairdryer stored in one of the cupboards.

After all of those foodie outings, you’ll definitely need to wash those clothes of yours! If you’re wanting to clean those yolk stains on those white tops, I’ve got you covered with your very own laundry that consists of a washing machine and dryer. To make your stay easier, I’ve also provided you with all the necessary detergents you need.

If you’re wanting to maintain that healthy lifestyle of yours, there is also an open gym made available to you. Utilise the large space and its equipment, including treadmills, exercise bikes, bench presses, and exercise balls. I admire your motivation and fitness goals!
