Relaxed Townhouse - Walk to Bondi Beach!

My unique apartment just moments from the beach and perfect for a relaxed holiday close to Bondi Beach. Just 100m to vibrant beachfront attractions, it's found within a character security building of just eight on one of Bondi Beach's most prized streets. Bathed in natural light, my charming apartment is perfect for a relaxed stay in Sydney.
The Space:
This renovated apartment lets in an abundance of natural light with large windows. As you enter my apartment you are met with fabulous timber wood floors and a spacious open lounge area with a large module. During nighttime this can also double as a sofa bed to sleep two. There is a boombox to play your favourite tunes and relax after a long day out at Bondi Beach. For a hearty meal, head into the kitchen to whip up your favourite culinary dishes where my kitchen contains an induction stove top and high-end stainless steel appliances. I also have kitchenware, crockery and complementary tea and coffee available in the kitchen for your convenience.
My dining area is perfect for seating four for quiet dinner parties or entertaining. Up the stairs you will find a spacious study workspace located within the open master bedroom area. This is perfect to be utilised as a workspace with my unlimited fast wifi. My bed is large and comfortable and can sleep two with high-quality linen. There is also plenty of storage space to fit all your shopping needs.
My bathroom is clean and white with tiling and plenty of space. I have provided a hairdryer beneath the basin and complimentary toiletries and fluffy towels freshly-washed for your convenience. There is also a separate sink for laundry purposes located within this generously-sized bathroom.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home – you are booking the ‘entire place’ which means you can make yourself at home throughout. A set of keys will be provided to the doors, allowing you to come and go as you please throughout your stay, 24 hours a day.
Interaction with Guests:
In most instances I will personally meet guests upon arrival to hand over keys and explain where everything is and how easy it is to get around. For those checking in at unusual hours or while I’m at work, alternative arrangements will be made. During your stay I will be nearby in Sydney and available for contact by email or phone.
The Neighborhood:
This Bondi apartment is located merely 100m from Bondi Beach containing Sydney’s most stunning sights to bask in the sun. Bondi’s Photo Lookout is right on the waterfront as is a selection of cafes and restaurants in walking distance to this stunning Bondi beachside house including Gelato Messina, Da Orazio Pizza + Porchetta, Bills and Gusto Espresso Bar.
Getting Around:
You’ll have access to street parking so getting around via car is extremely convenient. Exploring the Bondi beach area can also be taken on foot. Otherwise, if you wish to take public transport, access to the 333 or 380 busses directly to Sydney’s CBD are a mere two minutes walk up the road. If you wish to use Sydney’s extremely extensive public transport system, the train station is a mere 12 minute bus away to Bondi Junction station, which is also located at the Westfield Bondi Junction - one of Sydney’s largest shopping complexes.
Other Things to Note:
There is to be no smoking in my property - any evidence of smoking will result in a $150 fine. If you do lose keys to my property, you will be charged $250. If you do not check out on time, you will be charged $100. This will require keys to be placed back where you collected them before the check out time. I appreciate your understanding in advance.
