The quiet and comfortable neighbourhood of Zetland provides the perfect location in my three bedroom luxury apartment complex to retreat after a long day exploring Sydney’s CBD and its surrounding suburbs. My ground floor spacious apartment has a small garden and outdoor area which is perfect for dining and entertaining. With easy access to public transport, there is no better place to stay in Sydney!
The Space:
As you enter my luxurious apartment you are met with a spacious kitchen, dining and lounge area in an open floor plan where these spaces flow together. My kitchen is pristine, it has wooden accents throughout and a modern illuminated copper splashback. My kitchen contains high-end stainless steel appliances perfect for preparing your favourite meals. The kitchen island provides plenty of space for food preparation as well. There is crockery, dishware and complementary tea and coffee provided for your convenience. My apartment is ideal for quiet entertaining and my dining table can comfortably sit four for private dinner parties. It can also double as a working space which you may utilise using my unlimited ultra-fast broadband. My apartment is fully air conditioned providing both heating and cooling perfect for Sydney’s cold winters or hot summers.
My lounge is comfortable and plush and can comfortably sit guests with an additional armchair. My large flat-screen TV is perfect for streaming your favourite movies and TV shows. While my sofa can also pull out into a double bed at night to sleep additional guests. My floor-to-ceiling windows which span across the room can pull out into the balcony which is extremely spacious and wraps around the house. There is an additional seating area outside for four guests.
My master bedroom contains a floor-to-ceiling window which leads out onto my large balcony, a mirrored wardrobe which is spacious and perfect for your shopping needs. My bedrooms contain high quality linen for the comfort of your stay. My second bedroom contains a double bed and large mirrored wardrobe. My third bedroom fits a comfortable double bed with high thread count linen.
My master bedroom has an ensuite which is very clean, spacious and provides plenty of storage space with mirrored cabinets and a spacious glass shower. My main bathroom contains a large bathtub perfect for a soak after a long day out exploring Sydney as well as an additional shower head. There is

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home – you are booking the ‘entire place’ which means you can make yourself at home throughout. A set of keys will be provided to the doors, allowing you to come and go as you please throughout your stay, 24 hours a day.
Interaction with Guests:
In most instances I will personally meet guests upon arrival to hand over keys and explain where everything is and how easy it is to get around. For those checking in at unusual hours or while I’m at work, alternative arrangements will be made. During your stay I will be nearby in Sydney and available for contact by email or phone.
The Neighborhood:
A mere 7 minute stroll will take you to the newly-built, modern East Village Shopping Center complex containing all your necessities including small local stores and a large Coles supermarket and local cafes and restaurants such as Oliver Brown, Lucio Pizzeria, Taste Growers Market. There are many local parks located in the area perfect for a morning jog including the Joynton Park and the Australian Golf Club.
Getting Around:
Zetland provides the perfect balance between quiet suburban life, while remaining at close proximity to Sydney’s CBD with public transport nearby. A 22 minute walk or 8 minute bus will take you to Green Square Station and the Airport Line, which can link you to the City Circle train to reach Sydney CBD in less than half an hour. Otherwise there are also frequent busses located at bus stops nearby. If you wish to explore Sydney by car, there is easy parking provided at my apartment complex and Sydney’s city center is a mere 10 minute drive away.
Other Things to Note:
There is to be no smoking in my property - any evidence of smoking will result in a $150 fine. If you do lose keys to my property, you will be charged $250. If you do not check out on time, you will be charged $100. This will require keys to be placed back where you collected them before the check out time. I appreciate your understanding in advance.
