Amazing Centrally Located Designer Apartment

Welcome to my luxurious two bedroom apartment, found in the newly-built Flatiron Building. My home is able to comfortably house six guests, and features two bathrooms, a kitchen, and a stunning view of Brisbane. Situated in beautiful Fortitude Valley, my home is very close to all that you will need, including the stores and restaurants of Brunswick St (2 min walk), and the cultural centres of the CBD (6 min bus). This is one of the best places for you to stay during your trip in Brisbane.
The Space:
My apartment is perfect for any traveller to Brisbane - being in close proximity to all that you will need, and being furnished for comfort and luxury. The Brisbane public transport system, as well as a wide range of retail stores and restaurants, are mere minutes away. If you want to explore Brisbane and its surrounding suburbs, my home is in a great location for you to do so.
Upon entering my apartment, you will find that the living area is flooded with natural light, thanks to the tall windows that wrap around the room. I have provided for you a large flat-screen LCD television, that you can channel surf from the comfort of the plush sofa which is decked out with down cushions. This sofa can also be pulled out into a sofa-bed, which will able to comfortably sleep two guests. Adjoining the living room is the dining area and kitchen. I have provided you a four-seater dining table, which is perfect for quiet intimate dinners surrounded by the lights of suburban Brisbane, or as a temporary workstation for the business traveller.
The designer kitchen is fully-equipped with all the appliances that you will need to whip up a quality meal. The high-capacity pantries and cupboards will house all food you bring with you, and also holds full sets of tableware and glassware, meaning that my home remains an option for places to dine. Should you tire of eating at home, I recommend the restaurants found on Brunswick Street, especially The Greaser, which is great for grabbing late night bites.
After a full day of exploring Brisbane’s nooks and crannies, my two bedrooms will welcome you back home with a warm embrace. The beds are fully fitted with high quality linen and bedding, ensuring that you will have a restful night. As stated before, the sofa-bed will sleep two guests, on top of the four bedded in the two bedrooms.
My home also has two bathrooms, which are furnished in an ultra modern fashion. One bathroom is an ensuite, and both feature sinks, mirrors, toilets and a large shower with an oversized rain shower head. Toiletries including shampoo, conditioner and soap have been provided along with soft fluffy cotton towels. A salon hairdryer has also been left under the sink.
The property also comes with a laundry featuring a washer-dryer combo and iron with ironing board.
My place is an exquisite house and was built with socializing and groups in mind. The vibe and location will leave you with lifetime memories and I look forward to welcoming you.
The space is perfect for families, groups staying in Brisbane for weddings, holidays or reunions. It is not the space to hold events like a ‘Hens’ or ‘Bucks’ weekend.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home – you are booking the ‘entire place’ which means you can make yourself at home throughout. A set of keys will be provided to the doors, allowing you to come and go as you please throughout your stay, 24 hours a day.
Interaction with Guests:
In most instances I will personally meet guests upon arrival to hand over keys and explain where everything is and how easy it is to get around. For those checking in at unusual hours or while I’m at work, alternative arrangements will be made. During your stay I will be nearby in Brisbane and available for contact by email or phone.
The Neighborhood:
Being located in Fortitude Valley, nearly all of Brisbane is at your fingertips - with the south bank of the Brisbane River only a 19 minute train trip away. All the tourist attractions, such as the Gallery of Modern Art, the Museum and Science Centre and the Gabba, are around 20 minutes away from my home. Conveniently, all the best restaurants, bars and retail stores are within walking distance. Chinatown’s restaurants are only a 5 minute drive, which is buzzing full of restaurants and bars. You must also treat your sweet tooth by grabbing a scrumptious doughnut from the original Doughnut Time storefront; the place where it all began!
Getting Around:
Access to public transport from my home is extremely convenient, as there are multiple bus stops that can be found in a 100 metre radius of my home, and Fortitude Valley Train Station is a 3 minute walk away. As nearly everything you need, such as the stores and restauran
