Welcome to my homely and spacious one-bedroom apartment, that is right in the hub of Fortitude Valley. My place comfortably sleeps up to four guests. With views of the town right from my balcony, you’ll be able to relax and enjoy your time away from this little apartment. Your stay will be made perfect thanks to a generous bathroom, a kitchen, a spacious balcony and secure parking. Become one of the locals, and go exploring across the main strips and check out the chic foodie scene.
The Space:
This newly furnished apartment is rugged and modern. The floor-to-ceiling windows lighten up the room, bringing through some well needed natural light rays. With everything in close proximity, travelling is no hassle at all. Travelling will be made easy, with the local station being a 3 minute walk, and regular bus services made available on Brunswick Street. If you’re seeking brunch options, you won’t starve for too long, given that Brunswick Street Mall is a 5 minute drive away. If you’re lucky enough to stay over the weekend, the weekend markets are a must; with jewellery, collectables and gifts on offer from up-and-coming designers. For a taste of Spain and to get your salsa on, make your way to Toro Bravo.

Moving into the apartment, you’ll be faced with an open space consisting of a living room, dining table and kitchen. Find the time to take a seat on the lounge and watch some shows on the LCD TV. You can snuggle up on this couch and sink your head in the many pillows I have provided for you. Should you need to, open up the balcony doors for some fresh air as well.

I know those food cravings must be getting the better of you… Never fear, because my kitchen is everything you’ve ever dreamed of! My kitchen will fully equip your Masterchef ways, giving you enough space to get chopping and baking! The kitchen is fitted with an oven, marble benchtops, a quality sink, and a dishwasher to ensure that you feel right at home. Since you’re on a break, it’s understandable that you want to avoid cooking yourself. Don’t fret because you’re at the perfect place to explore the food scene. If you want to try a chic meal and add some Middle Eastern seasoning into your life, you must try Gerard’s Bistro!

Take a seat for a lovely meal at the dining table that seats four people. Dine in the company of others, and soak up the views because you’ll truly be living the life. All dinnerware, glasses, and cutlery can be located in the cupboards of the kitchen. If you decide that you want to grab a quick drink or snack whilst reading a magazine, there are also stools beside the kitchen bench. Alternatively, if you want to enjoy the views, head outside on the balcony where there are two seats for you and company.

After all the walking, shopping and indulging in the delicious food on offer, it’s most probably time to call it a night! There is one bedroom with a double bed that is covered with hotel quality 750 thread count linen - to maximise your sleep. From the room you can also access the balcony and soak up the scenic views. Please note, that if you’re here on business and need some space to do your work, there is a room with a table that can be used as a workstation. I’ve got free WIFI all sorted for you, so don’t worry about using up all of your monthly data. Additional guests can sleep on the comfortable sofa in the living room which folds out to become a double sofa bed. Linen is provided for this option as well.

The property has one generous sized bathroom, with a toilet and shower. You’ll have complimentary toiletries available, including toilet paper, shampoo and conditioner. There is also a hair dryer on site, should you require to fix up your hair for the day ahead.

Be sure to utilise the personal laundry space that consists of a washing machine and dryer. To make your stay easier, I’ve also provided you with all the necessary detergents you need.

The apartment also has additional facilities for your use. There is an open gym if you wish to burn off all of those calories. Equipment available includes treadmills, exercise bikes, bench presses, and exercise balls.

There is also an amazing pool area if you’re looking to cool down. Some tanning beds are nearby as well for you to get your tan on. Alternatively, if swimming isn’t your thing, there is also a communal area with tables and chairs, where you can destress, and have some down time.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home – you are booking the ‘entire place’ which means you can make yourself at home throughout. A set of keys will be provided to the doors, allowing you to come and go as you please throughout your stay, 24 hours a day.
Interaction with Guests:
In most instances I will personally meet guests upon arrival to hand over keys and explain where everything is and how easy it is to get around. For those checking in at unusual hours or while I’m at work, alternative arrangements will be made. During your stay I will be nearby in Fortitude
