Welcome to our fun and bright one-bedroom apartment, located in the centre of Fortitude Valley! With a complete kitchen, a vibrant living room, a bathroom and secure parking on offer, your stay will be one of convenience. Sleeping up to four guests, you’ll be able to enjoy the experience alongside others, and get the perfect tourist fix. Get walking, or take a short drive to Brunswick Street, to pick up some groceries or try out the renowned restaurants, cafes and bars on offer.
The Space:
This newly furnished apartment will tingle your heart strings as soon as you step foot inside. You’ll be welcomed by the friendly decor, with the pops of colour seeking to brighten up your stay. Since you’re in the centre of Fortitude Valley, travelling will be made easy, with the local station being a 3 minute walk, and regular bus services made available on Brunswick Street. Brunch plans are easily sorted for you, given that Brunswick Street Mall is only a 5 minute drive away - happy eating! If you’re lucky enough to stay over the weekend, the weekend markets are a must; with jewellery, collectables and gifts on offer from up-and-coming designers. Plan your night out by heading to Alfredo’s Pizzeria for a cheesy feed, and then make your way to Eleven Rooftop Bar.

Moving into the apartment, be prepared to be amazed as your eye scans the spacious living area. Adore the attractive views of the area from the comfort of the apartment, which brighten up the spacious living area. Kick off your shoes and lounge on the couch or the arm chair. Here you’ll be able to watch television shows on the LCD television, fitted with Chromecast. If you’re hoping to do some light reading, you can leave your books on the coffee table nearby.

Get creative and hit up the kitchen to satisfy your food cravings. The marble benchtops, gas stove, oven, quality sink and dishwasher are all ready to be used. If you’re wanting to make a boujee cheese platter for yourself and company, you have plenty of space to cut those cheeses and cold meats. Whilst we all love our cheese platters, a huge feed is necessary to put a halt to the hunger. Make sure you explore what Fortitude Valley is known for - it’s food! I highly recommend Gerard’s Bistro, a chic Middle Eastern restaurant, that is only a 13 minute drive away.

Be sure to utilise the cute and intimate dining table that seats four people. All dinnerware, glasses and cutlery can be located in the cupboards of the kitchen. If you’re here on business and need some space to do your work, this table can also be used as a temporary workspace. I’ve got free WIFI all sorted for you - no hotspotting is necessary. Alternatively, if you ever find yourself wanting to avoid making a mess of the main dining table, utilise the two stools by the kitchen benchtop. The indoor balcony also has a table for two, if you’re wanting to enjoy the lovely weather and soak up the views.

After a long day of exploring and eating, some beauty sleep is required! My apartment has one bedroom, with a queen bed that is covered with hotel quality 750 thread count linen - to maximise your sleep. You’ll also have breathtaking views from your room, which is super exciting! Utilise the mirrored wardrobes by storing all of your luggage and belongings. Additional guests can sleep on the comfortable sofa in the living room which folds out to become a double sofa bed. Linen is provided for this option as well. You’ll have all of your sleeping requirements sorted!

The property has one generous sized bathroom, perfect for groups and families. The main bathroom features a walk in shower and a toilet. You’ll have complimentary toiletries available, including toilet paper, shampoo and conditioner. There is also a hair dryer located in the cupboard, to dry that luscious hair of yours.

Be sure to utilise the personal laundry space that consists of a washing machine and dryer. To make your stay easier, I’ve also provided you with all the necessary detergents you need.

The apartment also has additional facilities for your use. There is an open gym, if you’re looking to maintain your healthy and motivational lifestyle whilst on break! Equipment available includes treadmills, exercise bikes, bench presses, and exercise balls.

There is also a luxurious pool area if you’re looking to cool down. There are tanning beds as well if you’re looking to lie in the sun and get your tan on. Alternatively, if swimming isn’t your thing, there is also a communal area with tables and chairs, where you can destress, and have some down time.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home – you are booking the ‘entire place’ which means you can make yourself at home throughout. A set of keys will be provided to the doors, allowing you to come and go as you please throughout your stay, 24 hours a day.
