Welcome to my sunny and spacious three bedroom Launceston home. Character details feature throughout this beautifully presented inner city residence, which has been renovated to a very high standard to accommodate a contemporary lifestyle. My home is located close to the local shops, restaurants and cafes making it the perfect Airbnb for your stay in Launceston.
The Space:
My characterful, federation-style home was built in 1897 and this gorgeous house has been updated throughout with a completely renovated bathroom and kitchen. As you walk in past my stunning garden and large front verandah, you are met with high ceilings and original leadlight windows.

My front room, dining room and bedrooms each showcase elegant ornamental fireplaces (please note that these are decorative only). Reverse-cycle heating and cooling ensures your stay is comfortable year-round. The front room lounge is plush and comfortable, facing a large flat screen TV. My front room also contains a petite desk with chair which you may utilise as a workspace for business travellers with my unlimited free NBN WiFi.

My kitchen is spacious and modern with a large kitchen island perfect for preparing your favourite meals. It can also double as a breakfast bar with complimentary tea and coffee located in the cupboards for you. My kitchen is equipped with Caeserstone benchtops, high-end stainless steel appliances perfect for whipping up a delicious meal in a cinch including a 5 burner gas chef’s stove. A dishwasher and the necessary detergent has been made available so that you don't have to worry about any hand washing.

The kitchen flows onto my separate dining room which contains a designer spacious dining set perfect for an intimate dinner party of six. Dinnerware, glassware and cutlery have all been provided.

The master bedroom contains a spacious queen bed with high quality hotel linen and a sophisticated headboard. It is generously-sized and is complete with an ornamental fireplace and mirrored wardrobe perfect for storing all your shopping. The second bedroom features a comfortable double bed that can sleep two whilst the third bedroom is the perfect kid's room with two single beds and plenty of space. Each bedroom features a wardrobe making it perfect for the heavy packer and shopaholic.

My property features one and a half bathrooms with the main containing double basin as well as a gorgeous vintage stand-alone claw-foot bathtub perfect for relaxing after a long day. There's a walk-in shower with instant hot water ready for you to scrubadub. Complimentary toiletries along with a hairdryer and soft cotton towels have all been provided.

For longer stays, my washing machine is tucked away in a separate room adjacent to the master bathroom to ease the stress of your stay. There's also an iron and ironing board available making this the perfect Airbnb for business travellers.

Moving outside you'll find an alfresco area with a hooded gas BBQ and outdoor seating for 6 guests. Take advantage of the space and entertain your family and friends

The space is perfect for families, groups staying in Launceston for weddings, holidays or reunions. It is not the space to hold events like a ‘Hens’ or ‘Bucks’ weekend.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home – you are booking the ‘entire place’ which means you can make yourself at home throughout. A set of keys will be provided to the doors, allowing you to come and go as you please throughout your stay, 24 hours a day.
Interaction with Guests:
In most instances I will personally meet guests upon arrival to hand over keys and explain where everything is and how easy it is to get around. For those checking in at unusual hours or while I’m at work, alternative arrangements will be made. During your stay I will be nearby in Launceston and available for contact by email or phone.
The Neighborhood:
Located very close to Launceston CBD, my family home is conveniently located across the road from Launceston Shopping Center containing a 24 hour Kmart, chemist, butcher, takeaway shop, Coles supermarket for your family dinners and other amenities. Close to the Launceston CBD and only a 5 minute walk away to City Park, the location of the Festivale food and wine festival - this is not a location to be missed out on! A short 15 minute stroll will take you to Aurora Stadium and the University of Tasmania Inveresk Campus.
